Food was great. Steak sublime but very noisy with louder music from the bar area impacting the ability to hear across the tables- seated next to the main door. Only one handicap lot for the whole building - WTH?

We always try and visit Moo Moo’s when we are on the Gold Coast. The food is always fabulous and we have never had a bad experience! Our favourite steak restaurant!

Normally have an amazing experience when going to Dine at Moo moo’s but this time was very disappointed. The waitress was not accommodating at all. For something that we always ask for we just got a flat no! The staff have always been very accommodating and pleasant. Not sure if some of the good staff have moved on. You pay for a good experience, which we did not get.

We pre booked the Signature Dish the Wagu steak for two , ( $185) we thought it over seasoned with Rosemary which did not in our opinion allow the meat flavour to shine. We were seated @a table en route to the toilets, also where staff pushed bins to the exterior of the building. The Head waiter had very little to no engagement & asked the obligatory “How was your meal sir” , my husbands response was “ It was OK” he made no further enquiry. A table down from us appeared to have “over indulged in “Red” and had very poor language & swearing , very loud which effected our enjoyment & totally ignored by those serving them. I had mentioned on booking ( 10 days prior ) it was our wedding Anniversary , there was no mention of this & the whole nite was disappointing .

To be honest I went to Moo Moo’s a couple of months ago and it would have been 5 stars all round back then. I was so disappointed with the steak this time round. Last time I came the steak was the one of the best I have had. This time round not so good. Disappointed that I talked this place up to my family and I took my daughter here with the family and spent a fortune for steak as it was her birthday and steak is her favourite. My daughter even said it’s better at home, it was chewy and just didn’t taste as nice as it should have. I really wanted her to experience what I experienced with the last visit. For the money you spend it should be the same every time you visit. The staff were amazing and customer service was definitely 5 stars .
