Montrachet at Bowen Hills, is located on King Street. Large windows enclose a lavishly furnished space, creating
intimacy for a world of luxury inside; white tablecloths, silver cutlery, rich timbers and a well-stocked bar and cellar are all redolent of a charming Parisian brasserie and perceptive waitstaff are attentive in fulfilling culinary desires.
Stepping into Montrachet is like stepping into a Parisian bistro. From the burgundy leather banquet that runs the length of the room, to the marble comptoir (bar), Montrachet oozes elegance and charm. Traditional overtones and design are accompanied by Laguiole cutlery, monogrammed crockery and the finest glassware. French antiques, metal pastis signs and gilt framed mirrors create an ambience perfectly complimentary to the French cuisine of executive chef and owner Clement Chauvin is famous for.

    We have been here many times & it has been a favourite. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Food was below average & service was poor. It has really slipped under the new owners. Won’t go back.

    Attentive service with some of the best food in Brisbane. Lovers of French Cuisine should not go past Montrachet. Fine dining with a provincial French feel, save the airfare and have the French experience in your own backyard. Validated parking available a short walk across the street. Just looking for an occasion/excuse to return soon.

    We had the 6 course meal and it was AMAZING. The service is top notch, with absolutely delectable food. If you want to be taken through a sensation journey of food and flavours then this is the place.

    This dining experience was exquisite. We did the degustation, and the salt and vinegar trout and the passionfruit souffle were stand outs. Will absolutely be returning.
