Three gastronomy professionals with extensive experience in the industry and accumulated work experience with prestigious hotel chains worldwide, come together in harmony with the nostalgia of a havana where restaurants gave their best to satisfy an audience that appreciated the most refined balance between good service and good food.
From that time the "montecatini" restaurant is known, in the neighborhood of vedado, with a recognized preference for its exquisite italian food, which today inspires the conformation of this proposal that combines in a renovating concept: italian, spanish and cuban cuisine, in its most genuine essence and with defined quality criteria in preparation, presentation and service.
