The filet and braised short rib were outstanding as always. And the English toffee pudding was incredible.

Very nice. A bit noisy for my taste ... too many larger groups that seemed to think they had to talk over everyone else.

I've been to Montarra many times and have never been disappointed. The service and food is amazing, I can't ever complain. It's my favorite restaurant of the area.

We usually go here a couple times a yr. our food this time was not as good as 6-8 months ago when we last went. The Rissoto was excellent, the petite Fillet Mignon was good, but more petite than last time. The Beet Bisque was different not bad, but it needed something to offset the sweetness. My Ribeye was cooked perfect, but slightly under seasoned. Last time it was perfect but still tender and very good. The Mac & Cheese and Frittes were great. My wife was not happy though with her French Onion soup. She said it was completely different than the last time and just not very good. Last time she raved to everyone about it. Her Salad was huge, best value on the menu, but the chicken was just plain chicken. Not much flavor. Our server seemed new, but did a fine job. We will go back, and hopefully the things my wife likes go back to how they were before.

We went for Valentine’s Day. Everything was wonderful! I love how the French Onion Soup is served in an onion. And the filet did not disappoint!

Took my boyfriend out for steak for his birthday. Monterra is his favorite steak hands down. Service was beyond excellent, food was amazing and drinks and dessert were all delicious!

We've dined at Montarra numerous times. The service is always friendly, but the real draw is the food. The menu has a good variety and the food quality/preparation is always excellent. The restaurant is located in an unassuming strip mall, but a great dining experience awaits inside.

We went for an early Valentine's dinner and ordered from the special menu. The filet mignon was excellent as always and the wine paring suggested was perfect. Also ordered was the lemon chicken with potatoes that was delicious. Beet salad was wonderful as well. We finished with the berries in Chambord with vanilla ice cream and the baked apple with Carmel and ice cream deserts. Our server Jennifer was friendly, offered great suggestions, made our experience one to remember. Montarra is our favorite place, and we were not disappointed. We will return soon.

Sat us in the middle dining room just behind the hostess stand. Everytime a customers came or left cold air blew across our table. All the need to do is put up a four foot wide piece of glass and about seven feet tall to block the the air and it would look nice. Third time I sat there. I will I only eat there in the warmer months and spend my $300 elsewhere. Food is great and our server was excellent She gave us a drink for our trouble. Not her fault that a simple fix would make their customers happy. Hope the other unhappy people told them on the way out.

If you're going to Montarra for a quick drink, make sure Ben the bartender takes good care of you. The man knows how to make a dessert cocktail for your lady friend and how to make a great old-fashioned as well. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent food and service. We were celebrating a birthday in our party and the menu's first page had a happy birthday greeting for the person in our party. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were very impressed with this first class organization

First of all, our service was amazing from the minute we walked in. Everyone was helpful and gracious...the hostesses, bus people and our waitress were amazing (Amy I believe.)
The filet & ribeye were wonderful and cooked perfectly. Risotto was delicious. Thank you
