   Experience was good but noticed the telephone on the front check in desk was very dirty which leads me to believe other areas may also not be very clean. Would suggest that someone maybe take the time to clean as it leaves a bad impression.

   Great restaurant for families. This is our go to place for the kids. We all enjoy the fun atmosphere and food is great.

   The food is good. Great place to take your family for dinner. Food taste is consistent. Service would be better as there are times he or expeditor/bartender forgot or doesn't check food/drink before it is sent out. Also he checks on us once in awhile. Still recommend coming here!

   Food was good but it took a bit to come out from the kitchen, server was ok he came to check on us after food was served and ask how was the food and ask if we need anything else but after that we didnt came back. We wanted to ask for the kids dessert but cant find him. We had to ask 2 different server for our sons dessert and take out box and bill. Over all service was very slow.

   With prices going up everywhere Montana’s is very cost effective for a family- especially with the price of meat. I also had a non alcoholic fancy lemonade and it was the same price as a pop. Food was great as usual but very happy and surprised that it’s still an affordable place to go

   The server was quick and experienced. We had a full table with kids and she even made sure the oldest kid was never waiting for a top up.

   I am not sure if it was lack of staff, lack of trained staff or just overall from kitchen to servers but I would not recommend going there on New Year’s Eve. The service was extremely slow, the food was slow and when it finally came out it was lukewarm at best. The restaurant is also starting to show its age as the table and chairs wobbled, the cushions were flat. We have eaten here several times over the years and normally it is great, however last night was only fair. Hopefully it was a one off night and they will be back to tip top performance again soon.
