The restaurant could take a little cleaning but otherwise Great service.
Food was over cooked and took awhile for waitress to come to our table.
Wasn’t busy but took a long time for the waiter to come take our order. Overall food was good and would go back.
Kris is a great server. Answered all of our questions about the menu accurately and gave great suggestions.
Worst ribs ever. Second miss in about a month. Have always enjoyed dining here but these past two visits have convinced me the quality has gone WAY down. Service was very slow on a quiet night. Disappointed!
Amazing staff. I love this location . When ever I go to a movie , I always stop by here first for couple of drinks and food.
We were early for our reservation so we waited as other people were seated. Unfortunately, the hostess forgot about us and other customers who entered the restaurant without reservations were seated before us Service was okay and could have easily been better. Coleslaw tasted odd. Normally it’s good. Gravy was lumpy and cold. Kid’s pizza was placed in the basket in such a way that it all stuck together. Soft drink was flat. Ribs, steak and fries were good.
Amazing ribs and sides. Dessert menu could be better and so we did not have any but wanted dessert.
The decor and ambiance is lively and fun. We went on the Saturday before Mother's Day, so very busy indeed. Not as enjoyable as usual since service was very slow and my mom's steak came out very charred and the bacon was on the side rather than wrapped around the sirloin steak. It was more of a sloppy experience, very different from the usual we experience before. I understand it's very busy, but think the quality of the presentation of food and service should still be uphold.

Appetizers were oky and the chicken dishes were fine. The steak dinner i ate was not very good. Striploin was very fatty and thin. It was also cold. Looked like it was just thrown on the plate as well
I told them it was for a birthday when I put this reservation in the system. No one mentioned it, no acknowledgement and I did not feel it was right. So many others got some form of special treatment, but not our table.

My first visit was horrible
Food was cold. Though not always the case. It’s Montana’s, what do you expect? It is what it is. I will say staff is friendly and the hostess’ were fantastic!
Very good staff. They keep coming for whet we need. And very helpful people loved the place.
Went there with the kids before going to see a movie at the theatre across the street. We started off with the chicken bits and cauliflower buffalo appetisers. The chicken bits were dry and over cooked, the cauliflower buffalo apps were covered in too much batter. I should have sent the chicken back, but decided against it. For our main meals, My one son ordered the chicken Penne, my other son ordered the Canadian burger with poutine and I had the lobster steak special. The kids meals were fine and relatively warm. My steak was well done (not the medium I order) the lobster and cream sauce on top was cold and not at all appealing...
I asked to see the manager and he arrived promptly. They offered to get me a replacement or a completely different meal. I declined because I had lost my appetite at that point and we had to get to the movie. However, they did remove it from the bill and were apologetic. Therefore, they did what was required. I appreciate it, but overall the food there is not that great. Most of the food is deep fried and heavy. Next time I am spending the extra money and heading to Milestones beside Montana’s
We got the restaurant and got seated right away. We were given some time to look over the menu while our waitress got our drinks, when she got back we ordered right away. We received our appetizer shortly after, however our main meal took over an hour to get to the table. Finally the main meal arrives and my son’s and mine did not have much sauce, we asked the waitress for more and she starts giving us excuses that the meals get prepared differently because of different cooks, we instead again for more sauce and she reluctantly went back to the kitchen to get more. She only came to our table once to check up on us, at end of the meal, it took the manager to start the bill for us. This is one of our frequently attended restaurant and service has been a lot better.
Our server was Tony, we’ve had him before and he remembered us. He made a few very helpful suggestions.
He promptly brought ketchup, napkins, etc.
I ordered the steak holiday meal, it was VERY good. I chose the Maple Brussels Sprouts. If you think you don’t like Brussels Sprouts....think again...I did....Try these first!
That’s where the positive ends.....it took a SHOCKINGLY long time to clear our plates away.
Multiple staff walked by and did NOTHING!
Another staff member FINALLY asked if we were done, we said yes, and she only took ONE LOUSY GLASS!
The worse dining experience I have had in a loooooong time. Really bad service (we were sat at a table and waited 15 minutes before anyone came to service us...and only after we chased down the head waiter. The "milkshake" was milk and ground ice. They brought no plate to make my fajitas on. Instead of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for our salads, we were brought vegetable oil and white vinegar!

I ordered an “appetizer” as my meal, the paper it was on was a BIG issue!
It was VERY tasty, but the paper breaking off an getting accidentally ingested WAS NOT!
I KNOW these are measures are taken for the staff who have to clean the dish, but as the paying CUSTOMER, the measures are also preventing any enjoyment!
This place is half way between two friends so we meet here often. Pretty much the same as any of these places but we tend to get great service as regulars.

The food was lesser quality than usual; the ribs were less than hot and not very meaty at all and the corn bread was dry. It was as if it was a training night in the kitchen maybe. The hostess was a ray of sunshine though.
Service was rough. I mean, really rough. Though I can't blame my server. He was overworked and had the patio and inside... which was the busiest part of the restaurant! Overall... it really hits home when you are eating all you can eat ribs and can't keep the momentum going... or wait 45 minutes to start eating! That said, our server was a gem at the end, really helped out and put in larger orders to accommodate the delays when we needed more ribs. Food was what you expected... all the rib sauces taste the same!
Overall, VERY poor experience... but a management issue due to not staffing according to weather conditions; HEAT + SUN + DINNER TIME = PATIO.
In his defence our server, Tony, was new and was shadowed, which can already be a nerve inspiring event. He obviously didn’t have the multiple table / kitchen / bar timing thing right yet. But that’ll come.
It took quite a long time to get and settle our final bill....this unfortunately was kinda annoying, since we were attending a specific movie at a specific start time.
Overall the food was excellent; hot and flavourful
We went to Montana’s to try the brisket but it was not ready. We were disappointed but will keep trying! Our server Lindsay was very nice.
The steak was very tender and hot.

Overall it was a very positive experience. We were planning to catch an early movie and with the prompt efficient service we were even early!
We were hoping to try the brisket but they were all out. Went back a week later for brisket for 4:40 pm and they had run out an hour earlier. Must be good so we will try for a third time today!
Father’s Day lunch
Food good but it was freezing in the place where we were sitting. Air turned up too high and we were near a vent.
Portions were small. Overall ambience not good. Nothing too good .. lot of other better options available nearby.
I showed up to the restaurant 15 minutes early and informed them I made a reservation through Open Table. They informed me that they did not have a reservation under my name despite showing them the confirmation email. Luckily they were able to accommodate me as the restaurant was not that busy. It did not affect my dining experience whatsoever but it did cause a little confusion.
It WAS a Friday night, plus there was a Maple Leafs playoff game on, so it was a lot livelier than usual. Our waiter, Remi, maintained a high degree of attention, and was courteous and prompt with our order. The food arrived hot and correct, down to every request.
Our servers’ name was Tony. He was very attentive and social given that it was a NHL game night. Despite the extreme excitement level, he ensured that his customers were well looked after. The food was hot and acceptable, I found the cut o beef slightly “sub-par” when compared to what we had received before ..... I’m a “steak-snob”though....
We used this stupid website ‘open table’ to reserve a table online and when we needed change the time we were given a 30 min time increase with no other option, not even a cancellation option. Then after trying to get the the restaurant on time for our table we were told the restaurant doesn’t even use this website and that no table was reserved under our name. After the rude customer service we immediately left and went to milestones that’s directly across from Montana’s and it was perfect over at milestones. Never will be returning to ‘open table’ nor ‘Montana’s’.
Our waitress was Alia, she was AWESOME! She was VERY friendly, HAPPY, and prompt. She was socially appropriate, didn’t hang around too long, nor was she away too long.
The hostess who seated us was also very welcoming and helpful.
The food was as described. It was served hot and flavourful. I paid a little extra for the upgrade in cut of beef. I’m a bit of a “steak snob”.... the minute I hit a bite of grissle, it’s over. It was COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE.
Overall, I’ll definitely go again!
I made a reservation on open table and when I got to the restaurant they could not see my reservation although I showed them confirmation email on my phone and said I would have to join the regular waiting list. I was upset as we showed up for our reservation but then needed to wait 30 min after reservation time to get a table. When I spoke to the girl to find out why I had a reservation on open table yet had to join regular wait list she said open table showed no reservation although I gave her confirmation number. Terrible customer service. Another couple who came in after us had the same issue. Would not go back.
I did have a good time while I was there, and the food was great. however, I made a reservation and still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. because the wait time wasn't extreme, I wasn't angry; but I wasn't pleased that someone was seated before me when I made a reservation.
My husband and I were actually there to use a free meal we received because our last visit we had a bad experience. This time was no different. Ordered water with lemon. Received no lemon. Ordered no goat cheese on my burger and replaced it with chedder and received no cheese at all. The manager who took my complaint after our last visit (Ali) never even took the time to say hi at our table. The customer service was terrible on his behalf. If someone has a bad experience you guarantee they have an awesome visit next time. We will never dine at this location again. Can't get simple orders right two times in a row and the manager (who walked passed us multiple times) couldn't find a minute to apologize for the bad experience. I would love to speak with the general manager
