   The food was quite good. The service was a bit slow but we were not in a rush so that wasn’t a big issue for us. I will say that the parking at the restaurant was terrible. The lot seems to double as a parking lot for the airport. Between the number of cars that had obviously been there for days and the piles of snow - it was difficult to find parking.

   Mens' washroom was pure filth. If they had a broken pipe, tiled wall, they should have put a caution sign on outside door and taped up urinal or bagged construction area. Floors and back walls were splattered...health inspection warranted.

   It was a birthday dinner. 5 in the party. Our server was Heather and she was lovely. We all ordered the steak meal, which we have had beforecand really enjoyed. 4 came out as ordered but the 5th which was ordered as medium came out almost rare. It was not returned but we did address this with the server. She brought it to the managers attention, who then came to the table and apologized and provided a discount on our bill. We were happy with this and will return again.

   Food was really good but the service was incredibly slow. It wasn’t super busy either. Also it was extremely Smokey in the restaurant from the kitchen.

   The server forgot my drink, I had to request again. He didn't remember of what/that I ordered but brought a wrong drink. (I ordered reg. pepsi but he brought diet pepsi.) The rib was too dry and fries were too soggy. Portion is quite valuable. The server, he also charged wrong amount of beer.

   Made a reservation and called to request a table that we could watch a Maple Leafs game. I was told on the phone that it would be no problem. When we arrived, we were brought to a table that did not have a view of any TV. The hostess said it was the only available table unless we wanted to wait. Don’t understand the purpose of a reservation. We chose to sit at the bar to watch the game. Food was average, nothing special at all. Service was lacking. Bartenders were not very friendly and often left the bar unattended. I probably would not return or recommend this restaurant to a friend.

    Great food and service at a reasonable price.. good value .would recommend. Only negative was that our booth seat was very badly ripped in sev places
