Food was great and so was the service. The kids love going there, especially because they can write on the table 😀

One of the first guests in the restaurant, Meal took over 50 min. Had to ask the Waiter where the food was after the 4th refill on drinks. Server should know his tables and wait time, had tables around us eat and leave before we received our food. When it came, most was already cold. Usually have a great experience, disappointed this time.

When we arrived , the hostess was pleasant and said that they didn’t have an iPad and were told to inform the boss of an opentable reservation . I really don’t know if I got my points. The food was taking a long long time ( at least 45 minutes before any food arrived) . The steak was cold , the ribs were not super hot just warm . The wings were dry not juicy at all . They were smoked but the colour was almost black - not visually appealing. The side Caesar salad was warm . The gravy came in a styrofoam takeout container . The French fries were cold . The waitress agreed to warm up the steak and just slid it across with a knife to a bread plate leaving the plate at the table with a big smear of blood and when it came back it was warm but now over cooked by microwave . She slid it back onto the plate at the table . We told the waitress and she got her manager who came back and was defensive she wasn’t one bit nice . She said the wings were black and dry because they are smoked . I told her they don’t look like the picture and she said “things don’t often look like the picture” and then left .

Wrong orders delivered to table,,food items missing from correct orders when they eventually arrived,,soda spilt over guest by waitress,,all in all a total shambles...

Booking wasn’t known about by the restaurant as they had no iPad at the front desk. Server was not attentive and we waited for every part of our experience.

Was seated right away because of the reservation. The waitress forgot to give us her name. Took 20 mins to get our drinks. Had to ask twice for water. After 40 mins The waitress told us they dropped my sirloin steak and that they ran out of that particular steak during dinner hours. Kind of hard to believe. After an hour they gave me a hand carved steak instead. Was cooked how I liked it was very good and I received a discount on my bill for the inconvenience. Overall I was satisfied with the service. But I think needs a little improving.

4 of us went here for dinner before going to a concert - was 5:45pm - was probably the last time for all of us. Slower service and very dirty bathrooms. The side of coleslaw was a small cup (maybe 1/3 cup size) and wasn’t even filled 1/2 way - the fish and chips were limp and soggy - the steak was actually ok - but overall just a disappointment - waitress had a hard time making change when we paid with cash, just too many other options to waste time going back here again.

The food was little amount for the price my boyfriend bought a $25 10oz steak which isn't to bad but it wasn't cooked how he wanted and a lot smaller then it should have been. We were going to get an appetizer but then we thought oh the food will be filling enough and it wasn't. It tasted good besides the steak mix up but wish it was bigger portions for the price we paid. Maybe it was just the place we went too and maybe it depends on the chef. We went on Valentines Day and It was busy and loud I recommend going when it's not a holiday if you do plan on going. Make sure to make a reservation as well you get a better table and no huge wait times up to 40 minutes.
