   December was extremely nice but the wait was super long for our food and there was trash under the table and bugs on the table

   The restaurant was not as "ghoulish" as we had expected it to be. There were horror things around but overall seemed like a barn inside. The waitress was pretty rude, and half our food came out at different times because they forgot to make it. Myself and kids did not even end up eating our food because it did not taste good or look appetizing at all.

   Waiter forgot to put our order in to the kitchen… No refills. Waited for 20 minutes after reservation time to be seated. Also—- NOT kid friendly. Several horror movies being shown on various TVS. They try to throw in a kids film but my 10 and 12 year old were seated facing the newest version of Jason. A pretty pornographic scene caused some issues and needing to switch up seats at the table. It’s a cool vibe to be horror movie themed but the reviews I read were about monster themed burgers and shakes. Never would have imagined my kids would spend the hour and a half wait for our dinner watching an R rated movie

   The ambiance was awesome! Its a 50’s horror theme with modern horror mixed in as well. The food was outstanding and the service was great! Definitely recommend if your in the area!

   Alittle worried about the reviews but wanted to give it a try…it was ok…seemed they needed more organization…the staff seemed new & very busy with lots the things..I’m sure covid hit hard since the menu had been changed…the inside needed some attention in the decor department…the food was ok…nothing special about the burgers…they were just burgers with queso …good but nothing amazing..I think this could be an amazing place to go back to if things were tighten up more…our waitress was good…but she was doing way to much to make sure we were taken care of…not her fault when there’s not enough workers…she did her best!! It’s a place we will go back to & hopefully things will be better & a 5 star will be given !!

   Wait amazing time. The manager was super hands on making sure we knew everything we needed to and let us ask a bunch of questions. The food was absolutely outstanding the burgers were huge and the onion rings were phenomenal. If you’re in town and what a great burger place this is the one.

   Waited for absolute ever to get our drinks and food . My burger was ordered med well but came out basically raw but didn’t want to wait another hour to have it re made .

    MonsterMash Burgers have some negative reviews online, but I enjoyed the experience. The food was hot and tasted great. The milkshake was divine. The waitress was nice and took care of us. I have no complaints. A manager stopped by the table to ask about our experience before we left. He explained that the restaurant let almost a dozen people go the week before and hired that many replacements to improve service and quality. He continued that the menu was recently (the day before) cut down to make it easier on the new staff and in part due to ingredient shortages. The menu still includes many options and you get a lot of food with each order. I was impressed that the manager asked for our opinion, explained the differences in the menu from the last visit, and referenced some of the negative reviews. It shows the restaurant cares and is trying to improve for their customers. Too often, it seems that businesses don't care about the customers. They have the attitude that if you don't come back, then someone else will. I felt my business was appreciated and valued at MonsterMash Burgers.
