   My daughter and I had the best time our server Gracie was great she took great care of us the food was great the mozzarella triangles and the fried pickles wore out of this world

   Waiter was nice but he forgot to refill our drinks after asking us if we wanted more and we said yes but we never got them as he just sat down with a lady at a table across from us and never brought them. The fried pickles weren’t good they just tasted like old burnt grease. The burgers were okay but they weren’t worth the price as Ive had better made burgers at home. The vibe was weird, had a few waitresses just stand and stare at us, BUT the music was great and so was the appearance of the restaurant as we loved all the pictures and horror items! The booths are so short in length 2 skinny people barely fit let along someone bigger also making it feel smothering and uncomfortable when trying to eat. Overall there are so many food options that we were all overwhelmed and the food was okay but probably won’t be back a lot due to the price but if we come back we will definitely be trying the shakes!

   We ordered build your own burgers. They were suppose to be medium, but were burnt. The condiment bar was absolute gross. The tomatoes were soggy and the bar itself was dirty. We also ordered Cookie Monster shakes and they were very runny. We will not be going back.

   The burgers and shakes are very filling. Might even go just for a shake sometime. I'm wondering if this is a chain to see if others might play up the theme more than just the menu?

   Food quality and taste spot on. Staff are new and working out issues but as long as you’re patient with receiving your food all is good.

   They were unfortunately short staffed which did leave to a few mix ups on food (not really their fault as they are advertising that they are hiring). But overall it was an amazing experience and I will definitely go again.

   Service was amazing and food was great. The only recommendation is to watch how long the noodles for mac and cheese are cooked. They were a bit over cooked. But we really enjoyed the entire experience.

   The meat they use for the burgers is delicious! It is by far the best burger I have ever eaten. The waffle fries are on their way to being great, they just fry them a bit too long. The shakes are impressive, and look like a work of art. You can drink the shakes through a straw with ease which makes them the perfect shake. The price is a little bit high, but absolutely worth the money. I will be back!

    Slow service, but that’s understandable due to only having three people working. Burgers were ordered medium, they came burnt… Milkshakes were very watered down, I’m not sure if it was because they sat at the bar for so long before they got to our table. I’d definitely wait a few months for them to figure things out and get more employees.
