Monocacy Crossing just celebrated its 25th anniversary. We have shared 15 of those years-- fantastic food always!

I don't like the back room where the two tops are slammed against a wall with no windows. Filets were properly prepared and the sides were on point. Server changed early in the service with no explanation. Weird.

I've never had a bad meal here. But my faves are currently the crispy deviled eggs, the bacon-wrapped filet and the coconut pound cake! And they have some cool cocktail concoctions that are worth trying!

Monocacy Crossing was a great location to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. Ian was a great server who was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He provided great suggestions and the salmon entree exceeded my expectations. We will return to this tucked away hidden gem.

Connor was excellent. Hostess was a bit off putting but didn’t let that ruin our evening. Food was excellent as always.

Food was mediocre for reputation. Asked for a soda. It came flat. I asked the waiter if they could check the carbonation on the machine. He said, “That’s how it is.” He brought me a soda can which was better. Husband’s pork was over cooked but he said the sauce was amazing. I had a Caesar salad with tons of chicken. We were given a free dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary but it was just ok. I ordered the pretzel snacks and they were amazing. Best part of the meal. It was an ok experience, I had just read so many reviews and heard from people it was so good. Something was off.
