   I have had the opportunity to eat at some other remote fine dining locations , Koks in the Faroe Islands, the Funken Lodge in Svalbard and the Mono Inn ranks right up there with them at a much more affordable price. A place like this in San Francisco would be 50% more and instead of an amazing view of Mono Lake you would likely have to sidestep the trash and smell of the City!

   Service is outstanding. Food is lovely A gem for anyone who finds their way to this very remote location.

   We were beyond impressed! The food was incredible, the service was attentive and friendly, and the ambience was perfect, as were the views. Very well done!

   Beautiful and delicious five course meal. Unique from start to finish with interesting flavors. Wine pairing was perfect. Lovely atmosphere in a warm setting with a wonderful crackling fire. Sunset was spectacular looking through large windows. We loved every minute. Highly recommended.

   This was the one of the most wonderful magical surprise experiences I have ever had! To have such incredible, thoughtful, delicious, meal out in a little cabin style home on the lake was pure magic. I had no idea what I was getting into and was a little worried about the deposit just because nothing else in the area can compare, but it was so worth it! I could go into detail about the food but they say the menu rotates constantly with the fresh ingredients on hand. 11/10 recommend worth a trip out. 40 min from mammoth lakes

   One of the most special dining experiences I've ever had. We did the prefix winter tasting menu. The food was incredible, every dish 10/10. The service was impeccable and we were treated like family. Overall would highly recommend, we can't wait to go back! Thank you, Mono Inn, very taking such great care of us!!!

    It was our first time at the Mono Inn and it didn’t disappoint. Chef Jason and his entire team were outstanding. The food was creative and delicious. I was a little worried that I might still be hungry with a 3-course meal but I was stuffed. The pre-appetizer and post-desert tastings were amazing and brought the meal full-circle for a surprising and excellent experience. The team of servers, bartenders and the sommelier worked together so well and made us feel welcomed and like old friends. I look forward to going again soon.
