Monmouth Park’s climate-controlled tiered dining room features private televisions at each table and over two dozen televisions on the surrounding walls and pillars. The Dining Club – and newly-renovated Salvator Grille Bar – is located on the third floor of the Clubhouse with an impressive tiered view of the entire paddock and track.

New for the 2022 season, the Dining Club experience will offer both a buffet and a la carte. With specific offerings varying by the day, guests will enjoy a create your own soup & salad station, concession fanfare, and rotating desserts! A variety of a la carte entree options will also be available!

Special menus for Mother's Day, Father's Day, & Haskell Day will be available for viewing on OpenTable a few weeks before each event. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online through OpenTable or by calling the Monmouth Park Food & Beverage office at (732)-571-5459.

                                            Read the reviews about how awful the food and service were and decided to take a chance since it was a buffet. Buffet sounded delicious - there wasn’t enough and what was there was pretty awful. Lots of cheap carbs…donuts bagels, pasta, rice. Not enough help so drinks including water took forever. Dessert didn’t come out for a long time and when it did there was a line that i wasn’t going to stand in. Didn’t think it could be this bad but believe it because it was

                                            The dining hall was great for the most part. We booked for the mother's day buffet last time for 5 people and it was great but this time we booked for the father's day buffet for 9 people. I will say the food was great and it was a lot of fun but don't book for more than 5 people. With nine people we were put in the very back corner of the place with very tight space making it difficult to get up and go to the buffet. It was also hard to watch use the TV at the table because it was constantly have the picture go white and at times just lost display entirely. I would do it again but just not with as many people or we will see if we can't get 2 tables next to eachother instead.

                                            The man who sat us I remember from like30 plus years ago. Pure class. Could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Waitress was wonderful and food was very good. Meat Balls top notch and get the chips. Celebrated our 56 wedding anniversary with our favorite friends Crazyfun and I was on my game. Hit Pick 6.                                             My reservation for 11am was accepted and confirmed, only to find out that the kitchen didn't open until 12:30 ((per manager who was a nice guy). It was explained that they take these early reservations just to "get people in". That's ridiculous. We left.

                                            we up graded to strip steak witch was over cooked and dry. we asked to change our seats and was told the one we wanted was reserved, it remained empty all afternoon.

                                            The quality of the food was poor. The roast beef was old and dried out. My chicken salad had absolutely no flavor - the worst I have had. The bill was over $80 for 2 people and soft drinks cost extra. I don’t understand the buffet concept they should just serve high quality food off a menu. I will not go back again, it’s poorly managed.

                                            Monmouth Racetrack misses the mark with this opportunity. The location of the restaurant, convenience for an optimum view of the racetrack and ease of placing bets does not make up for the ABSOLUTELY horrible menu and food prep The “salad” bar is underwhelming and stocked with store bot potato salad, macaroni salad and a smattering of a few vegetable choices. There is also a soup bar with canned soups and hot pretzels and popcorn The entree selections are limited and except for the burger (which costs $34.00!) every other item on the regular included menu was horrible The only choices were chicken salad, tuna salad or pulled pork. The chicken salad on a croissant was missy and too much mayo and the pulled pork was dry with only a brushing of sauce on the surface The entrees came with waffle fries that were ice cold when delivered to the table There are a number of up charge entrees which could bring the bill to over $55 a person for a frozen reheated entree There is no reason why this restaurant can’t offer good food. It could be packed every weekend rave day as a destination if some effort was put in If you go -have the $34.00 burger and hope you win enough to forget about the food On the other side-the mgmt and servers are absolutely the best, friendliest and most helpful. If they had a kitchen team with some expertise behind them they would really shine!

                                            I was in the club dinning room 40 years ago and the food was excellent. This time, the food was poor at best. There were four of us and we each ordered something different and all were sub par. The salad bar, although very sparse, was the best part of the required $35 cost to sit at a table. Next time I would just eat a hot dog outside.

                                            Fun to be at Monmouth Track but food is terrible. Ordered Roast Beef sandwich. Beef was old and discolored. Others I was with expressed same about there food. Inferior quality and taste.
