The restaurant weren't aware of our Open Table booking. This only became clear when I telephoned the restaurant in advance to ensure they could add an extra place. The service and food were very poor. It took 3 hours for 3 courses. Other people were leaving due to the waiting time and/or quality of the food. Even the bill was wrong - we were initially charged for 3 additional diners and had to query the figures. Not an experience we will be in a hurry to repeat !
