Fantastic mocha and delicious and huge Cobb salad!

Excellent atmosphere and food. The crab Benedict and crab sandwich are outstanding. Best restaurant in Livermore!

This was the second time I have been here. We were seated right away and our waiter greeted up within a few minutes. He was attentive, but not overbearing. We ordered the honey lavender latte, which is amazing. I love the hint of lavender and honey. My best friend ordered the Cali omelette with egg whites and I ordered the Classic Bennie with country potatoes. My friend's omelette came out delicious. The stuffed the omelette. As for my dish, they over cooked the poached eggs so they were more like hard boiled eggs. I did not complain or make the waiter aware because it still tasted good and it wasn't a big deal to me. We also ordered some pastries to go, and so far they have not disappointed. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place. I would recommend making a reservation just so that you don't have to wait too long for a table, if you have to wait at all.

Fabulous as always! I’ve been here for breakfast and lunch - and just to pop in to buy the amazing sweets. Looking forward to trying their dinner.

There was no Hostess and huge crowd at the door with no one covering the hostess position. Had reservations but still waited almost 15 minutes for someone to greet us and show us to a table. Many people walked out after waiting for restaurant staff to acknowledge them at the door. This restaurant has no where for people to wait prior to being seated which makes for a tight squeeze, especially for the table closet to the door. Sigh....

Submitted a reservation for outdoor seating and they said they couldn’t accommodate us. Then why have it as an option when making reservations? There were tables available too.

Service a bit slow but food good.

Went in for lunch and had a great grass fed beef burger. More expensive than fast food, but way way better.

Our waitress was awesome. Food was ok, cookies were exceptional! Will be back.

Food was well prepared and presented. I had the California Benedict and my friend had an omelet. Service was friendly, but slow. The noise level was so loud that we left so we could talk. We sat outside.

I love bringing friends and family to Monica’s. I especially love that I can make reservations for breakfast! Great idea! One thing I’ve noticed is that many of the servers haven’t learned to stop and say hello when we first sit down so we know they know we’re there. We had to wait awhile on Friday and I finally had to ask a person cleaning a table if we had a server yet.

It was our second time at Monica's and everything went well and the food was delicious. The only improvement needed is in the espresso arena; my latte had no resemblance to espresso even after it was remade. Work on espresso drinks and everything here will be perfect. Thank you for opening Monica's

This place is GREAT just the best addition to the great food available in the Livermore Downtown. We got reservations which worked perfectly for a busy restaurant like this. Happy !

I was grossed out when they served us coffee in mugs that were dirty, still had lipstick on the rims on both mugs🤮 and the jars they served water in also had traces of lipstick, I did not drink the water , they changed our mugs, I had to do a good wipe down around the rim, my trust was broken after that lipstick not on one mug but 2 mugs, GROSS! The food?, I think monica’s Being new is too hyped up, never again.

Still had to wait 30 minutes for table. We ordered coffee while waiting and it was slow service. Their table tickets print out at register they had to keep asking people waiting to move so they could get them. Why would you put the printer there. Poorly planned. Hash browns were barely Luke warm, toast cold. No butter served with waffles

great looking place with a promising menu but food was on the tasteless side

The food was delicious and beautifully plated. Large portions. The waiters were inviting, funny and engaging. The outside patio was spacious, they have heat lamps for those cooler days ahead. Will definitely be coming back to try the Churro waffles and chocolate!

I will stick to breakfast and brunch, and avoid dinner. My reservation was for outdoor seating and I was told I had to sit inside. There were plenty of open outdoor tables. Qhen I made my reservation the pop-up window only allowed me to select outdoor seating so I can't understand why I was told I I didn't when I arrived. The salmon e tree was pretty good, but my med-rate prime rib was medium cooked and did not taste fresh. Service was okay, not great. Cute Mr DJ jamming on his electric guitar.

My sister and I tried Monica's for a second time. We had great service. We tried the crab sandwiches. While a little pricey, we enjoyed the tasty sandwiches. I will definitely be back. Great addition to Livermore.

Monica’s has food that everyone will love! My husband and I had reservations for brunch and we were not disappointed. I had the French toast, my husband had the carnivore omelette, and we both absolutely loved our food! The portions are large, but the food is not heavy, so it’s not too difficult to clean your plate. If you don’t make a reservation, be prepared to wait for awhile, this place is always packed. This is now my favorite restaurant in Livermore!

A great recent addition to Livermore for brunch. Have visited 2 times in a month. Way too much food, especially if you get the breakfast combo, which comes with 4 of the hugest pancakes ever on the side. great coffee, large servings. Definitely make a reservation.

Love this place! I have eaten there three times and can't get enough of the restaurant. So glad to have it in Livermore!

We had reservations for Saturday breakfast and were seated right away. Highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes! Also brought home some pecan bourbon chocolate chip cookies! Yum.

The food was really good. Fairly limited in selections. At times the service was spotty. There was a one man band entertaining the crowd and had some excitement going.

Four of us enjoyed Monica’s for the first time. Service was on the slow side, but all of us are retired and didn’t mind that. Sandwiches needed more mayo and spreads, but very tasty. BLT very pretty as were all the dishes. We will return to try some of the great looking pastries.

Service was not good. Flies were bad outside. Kids screaming very disturbing. Lunch was $60 for 2 for burger and sandwich.

Our party of 6 was seated promptly but we had to wait awhile to get water and place our food orders. We all enjoyed the food and would return!

Very pleased that our table was ready when we arrived. Suggest always making a reservation as they are busy. Noise level inside is a bit loud but outside it is nice. Service is a little slow.

Good food, helpful staff. They seem to still be getting the routine worked out (we had our food, but no utensils). I think they'll work it out & be terrific!

Took a friend to brunch for her birthday, had a great time, excellent food & beverage options (choices were tough, have to come back soon to try some other items on the menu), and didn’t even see the bakery display case till on our way out, so will need to check those yummy looking treats, too!
Overall impression is quite positive & waitress just mentioned there’s live music, too?? Cool!
