Our bar and kitchen focus on serving up big flavours, profiling the excellent brewers, winemakers and producers that Australia has to offer. Our food has a Peruvian hand but takes influence from everything, and is best shared with good friends and a good beer. The bar has a small selection of craft beers, wines and cocktails on rotation, and we sometimes brew a little beer ourselves.

Walk-ins welcome! We always keep a few tables free.

Came for the music - it did not disappoint. Loved the venue. Great staff. Food was well cooked and presented - just didn’t suit my taste.

Fantastic food with plenty of interesting options. The tongue tacos are 10/10. Options to cater to different dietary requirements. Plenty of drinks, including some non alcoholic choices. Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is always great.

We were looking for great cocktails and food and tried Mongrel based on prior reviews. Their food and drinks were amazing, staff were welcoming and fun and the venue has a range of different options for standing, seating and lounges making it super comfortable to catchup with friends for a drink or stay longer for dinner

Great food, tasty and interesting with friendly staff. Many dishes on the menu noted could be made into vego or vegan. Laidback relaxed vibe as place is also a pub/bar. Would def go again. They had a live singer and clearly dog friendly as a customer had their dog with them. Good a rounder!!

Love the food and the atmosphere The ceviche is the best we have had, the pisco sour was 10/10 and the portion size was huge. We will be back for sure ❤️
