Great food and service. Our table was next to where people kine ip to get their cooked food. We had made reservations so though we would get a better table as opposed to the walk-ins. Otherwise a great dinner!

Was good stir-fry but was expensive. The cooks had some good tricks but everything else was average but prices were high

Great time! Easy to fill up your bowl too much!
They are very good at keeping customers separate while getting your food. But no servers are wearing masks and they did a poor job of physical distancing on their patio. Every table was being seated. The one behind us was not 6' from us and way too close once people were seated at both tables. Very disappointing from the standpoint of those two items. Unless they corrected both of those points, we would not be back.

Everything was fine except the waiter said if you try to level your bowl of protein you won't get charged outlandishly. I filled my ball to the top not overflowing and it was $48. At Fire and Ice in Los Angeles they have a mongolie grill could let you go up as many times as you want and it was half price really have to work that out
The staff were all very considerate & stayed 6 feet away from us I think the whole time. When I booked our reservation in special requests I had mentioned that I’m immunocompromised & if we could be seated somewhere in the corner or as away from other people as possible. We were seated in a booth in the back corner distanced away from other customers. There was hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant, as well as gloves when you fill up your bowl with food, along with the sneeze shields over the food, which made me feel much safer eating there. As well when we were filling up our bowls there was no one else there with us, so I didn’t have to worry about being forced into being less than 6 feet away from someone else.
The staff were so great & accommodating & they all seemed to know that I was immunocompromised & respectfully stayed 6 feet away. The staff were still very friendly & did everything they could to make me feel comfortable & safe. The extra safety precautions were nice to see. If the staff were wearing masks would be the only thing that would have made me feel that much more comfortable.
We always eat here when we come to Whistler. Kids love to build their own stir fry and watch it being cooked. Lots of fresh ingredient choices and good sauces. A little on the expensive side but i think worth it for the experience.

Very expensive for what you receive, but hey it's Whistler. All products were fresh, tasty with nice sauces. Cooks provided a fun show.
They could use a more covid training. No staff were wearing mask. Customers sitting at bat 1ft away from where guests cocktails/beverages were being made. I just key hoping the guests didn’t sneeze or speak moistly when it was my drink being prepared. Buffet style...wish guests were required to wear gloves and not just recommended. Most didn’t. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Anytime we make a trip to Whistler, Mongolie Grill is the 1st place on our list of places to eat. Everyone likes the idea of tailoring their meal to suit their tastes. The preparation of each dish is entertaining and the food is good.
