Run don't walk to experience the incredible native cuisine of Chef Dustin Atoigue. His versions of Pacific Island dishes such as bbq chicken, coconut tatizas and pickled papaya are sure to generate a fan club of this delightful cuisine. The artful presentation of each dish is a sight to behold and at first taste of each dish I was transported to my childhood in the Northern Marianas. Jason our server was fantastic! He was attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating to the entire table that included our very picky eater daughter. All done without the smile ever leaving his face. His drink and dessert recommendations were perfect touches to a wonderful dinner.
