This place is hands down my favorite spot I’ve been to since I moved to Dallas. Service is outstanding and so is the food. Our server was awesome. Above and beyond expectations, 10/10 experience. I will be back

Amazing experience. Table service was top notch, cocktails were delicious and generous, food was impeccable and the views of the Dallas skyline were great. Highly recommend for a celebration dinner.

Best meal I ever had. It might sound like an exaggeration but I’m not. We are Houston locals and we been to a few michellin star restaurants in our area like BCN & March and Monarch can definitely compete hand to hand against them. My wife is a big sushi aficionado, and she said it was the best crudo( sashimi she’s ever had). The filet mignon was spectacular, flavorful and almost melted in your mouth. I had an off the menu table side wagyu sausage that was exceptionally good, paired with a black truffle risotto that was probably the best risotto I ever had. The lemon mousse dessert was also phenomenal. Our service was also fantastic, Juan made sure we were taken care off, knowledgeable, attentive and fun. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back next time we are in Dallas

My husband and I have been in the hospitality business for nearly 30 years and the food is really salty at your restaurant. We love the restaurant, but the food is really salty. Need to talk to Chef and tell him to hold the salt.

What’s to say… this place is top notch! Amazing views, service is one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world! And I say this having dined at many Michelin 5 stay restaurants. Food top tier! I’ve never had a bad experience here! Make sure and pay attention to the dress code! You must wear collared shirt and Many designer shirts are no longer collared.

Dinner is amazing, yet they are still figuring out their brunch operation. It took us 1.25 hours to actually eat our main course after being seated. Our server was embarrassed and kept apologizing. I’m confident they will improve, as our experience left much to desire and they were aware of the situation.

Still trying to figure out how a Michelin star restaurant incorrectly charges your card for two large transactions. Then try reaching out to them, there’s no way to speak to a manager other than leaving a voicemail, and the interaction is through a text message. Very frustrating that I will actually have to travel back to the restaurant just to speak to an actual manager to get a refund. Makes absolutely no sense. Customer service is rated on a ZERO. For them to seem so buttoned up but lack the most important component of customer service is absolutely insane and diabolical.
