The restaurant was not particularly busy, and we were immediately seated in a booth. Calie was a very attentive server. My steak was cooked just as I wanted it.

This is our first time eating at Monaco Steakhouse and Sports Bar since they opened. We made a reservation on OpenTable, and when we got to the restaurant, they had no record of the reservation and looked absolutely confused and even questioned if we actually made one. They asked if we'd like to sit in the bar area and we declined saying that the reservation was for the restaurant area. They took us to the restaurant area and we were the only people in there. Not sure why they were even questioning our reservations since the place was completely deserted. We had a party of four and with tip we spent about $450. The server had no clue how to open the bottles of wine that we purchased so we helped her. The food was good, but the service was absolutely horrible. I would be surprised if this restaurant is open in a year from now. We definitely will not be back.

Good food, sincere staff, fast food setting. We arrived at Monaco and asked for a more quiet table. We were led to the back room. That is basically a fast food dining room. One of the servers was sitting at our table and jumped up, so we could sit down. At $50 a steak, I would expect a place setting. Our dinner of salad and bison burger was quite good. The staff, while earnest and trying hard, clearly have no experience in hospitality. Our food order was not executed correctly. When we finished dining we sat and sat and sat. I finally got up and cleared my own table. Nice folks and food but at these prices….

Great food, good atmosphere & location. Only hiccup is the restaurant is new & the servers are still learning but they were all kind & willing to help.

Nice new restaurant in Columbia Falls...the menu is a little smaller than online, but they are growing as they are open longer...the vib leans more towards a. sports bar than fine dining...Had a great waiter Timmy.

Steak raw, asked for med. well, baked potato cold, service horrible, no one checked back with us until we were fed up and ready to leave. Ruined our 50 th anniversary!!

We arrived and were seated right away. Our server Martine was amazing! He was friendly & efficient. Food was delicious, as well! It is literally like the name says: steakhouse @ sports bar. The best of both worlds, if you’re my husband, but a little on the loud side for me. Still, I will definitely be going back!

The food came out cold. The server was trying his best. I walked back to the restroom and witnessed 6 young ladies just standing around visiting. The kitchen obviously needs a expediter.
