Reservation made 16/1/25 for our 25th wedding anniversary & vow renewal on 13/5. Upon arrival greeting was ok, asked if inside or outside. I was aware patio tables couldn’t be reserved but at 3pm 2 were available but not offered. Food was ok we both had steak, cocktails again ok. $165 was excessive for average food, guess you pay for location. Waiter sat at our table & turned his back to take photo of another couple! Really should’ve asked or stated what he was doing! Bill was brought promptly, like we needed to go. Disappointed on our special day

We have frequented Mon Ami Gabi many times. Dozens of times. First off the service was great. Julian was exceptional. The service is always good. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. My wife had the ham and cheese omlet and I had Hash with scrambled eggs. We rarely eat bread though at Mon Ami we look forward to the toast. All excellent. We ordered the bacon and had to send it back as it was to crispy and burnt. The second batch was a little better though not what we have come to expect. As everyone knows the coffee is some of the best in town. Not this time. First cup and second cup were burnt. Not enjoyable. I think those machines need to be cleaned. I am not saying we wont be back. I am sure we will. Any time we have a little staycation our preferred hotel is Paris. We count on a good breakfast at Mon Ami. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

I had the steak frittes they were very good. My husband had fried chicken that was also good. We like it here because they really don’t rush you. We sat outside.
