Led by France native, Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel, Mon Ami Gabi serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner daily. Weekend Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays. Gristle in ham (omelette) got a slight reduction in price but as it was our 15 year wedding anniversary and my wife didn't finish the meal it was disappointing. Server was good, but was too slap dash with the coffee pouring and it was getting splashed around. I'd rather be asked if I wanted a top up rather than being lent over and just interrupted as I'm eating or talking.

We come here quite often to enjoy the patio and "people watch". Even though we had a reservation for inside, we requested an outside table and were seated promptly. It was a Wednesday afternoon and there didn't seem to be a lot of activity in the middle of the afternoon. We had the baguette with butter and shredded carrots. Last time we were there the carrots were not good - but they changed them and they are a nice little snack now. We normally order the chicken liver pate and a shrimp cocktail along with a nice bottle of champagne. A great way to spend the afternoon as the Bellagio water fountains go off every 1/2 hour and you have a great viewing spot. Service was great as usual and food (whatever we have) is always good. We keep going back and recommend to friends.

We enjoy Mon Ami Gabi. Highly recommend the French Onion Soup. I enjoyed the oatmeal with fresh strawberries. Your in Vegas so obviously expensive.
