Will return. Tapas and regular entrees all quite good. Garlic shrimp especially tasty. Salmon entree very nicely done. Clean flavors, well-seasoned, not over-salted. Wait staff very gracious, on-point but not overbearing. Surprisingly good martini. Could do without TVs for people to watch sports, thankfully on mute so not intrusive. Interested to go back and try a few more dishes.

It’s was a great experience! The food; excellent as always, the music and the musicians were amazing, but the service was not good because there were too many people for only two waiters. Max, one of them is the best. He is a very nice person who knows his work perfectly. He is also able to remember our favorite drinks, without ask. He really cares the service and his goal is the customers at Mompou experience something to remember.

We ordered 3 additional tapas after our I initial order and only 1 came out. When We asked about the other 2 we’re told that everything in our order had come out. No apology or offer to get us the other 2. The service wasn’t the best, the place was not that busy but they seemed disorganized.

Have been there multiple times, but this time the food was just ok. The service was a disaster. They got everything wrong, and the waiter came to our table 30 min after we ordered and asked us do we want desert. We did not even get our food yet.

This is our second visit and the last as well. The food is really tasty but portions are embarrassingly small. Prices reflect FULL size entrees and also normally sized appetizers. Service is scattered on the weekends though I understand the lack of help everywhere. As an example, the paella comes out in a small pan and lacks even basics like enough rice.

We’ve been to this restaurant previously and had a very good dining experience. The restaurant has a great vibe but that wa really the only positive unfortunately. Upon entering the restaurant we were escorted to the table with little less than a nod. The Sangria was bland and sugary, almost as if it was watered down. All of the food was cold and had little taste. The shrimp ajillo was so overdone we could not eat it. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Cute place but I was disappointed in food. Menu seemed interesting but it seemed like something was off or missing from each dish. For example we ordered crab and avocado salad but they forgot to add crab?!?! We also had croquettes with jam on and manchego but we didn’t taste and ham at all?!? Drinks were just ok - ordered the pelotas del fuego and it seemed like it was fireball and maraschino juice only? We were very disappointed in everything. 😞

My bestie and I stopped in before we headed to a concert at NJPAC. Super pleased with the service and the amazing tapas we ordered (Garlic Shrimp, Tostones, Grilled Octopus, Fried Calamari and House Salad). Great Sangria and chocolate dessart. Everything was so yummy! The serving staff was wonderful and attentive. We will definitely stop in again soon❤️.
