The food was cold. It was too salty. Didn’t enjoy the experience.

We ordered Lamb rack with cucumber, as well as Wagyu butcher's cut from the lunch menu. Lamb racks were a bit rough, cucumber was really really sour. Which is why only the 2 stars for food. Wagyu was average, it came as medium rare/ rare. I am not sure if this is the culture for Wagyu stakes but the waiter did not ask how we'd like our Wagyu stake to be cooked.

The pork belly bun is really amazing! With a thickness and crispy pork belly grilled in Asaian method. We had kimchi rice and pork noodles at lunch time. They cooked in a good combination with traditional Japanese and Korean taste. If you come here, try pork belly bun. It’s great!

Excellent food and service. Menu changes: great for repeat customers. Ambiance invites a social atmosphere with noise levels not too high for a casual lunch date.

If you come here hungry (app, entree, side, dessert) and thirsty (one cocktail), it could be $80-$100 per person. 1 entree can be around $20-$50 per person.

✌️☺️

Food was amazing! Service was fantastic! Jeffrey one of the servers - was super super super amazing! He made sure we had everything come out on time and that we were really taken care of. The manager of the day Ricalin was amazing. Thank you it was such a great birthday celebration for family and friends! And the food was phenomenal!!!

The waiter was extremely friendly and knowledgable but spread a thin and needed a couple of reminders for drink refills. But he gave perfect recommendations. And the food was INCREDIBLE - we had the full fried chicken and I haven't been able to stop talking about it to anyone who will listen.

My first Momofuku experience, and I was honestly quite underwhelmed. The food was high quality but the flavors weren’t impactful. Dishes were not unique, and overall just a bland experience, which is the opposite of what I expected. Considering what you get, the food is insanely, insanely overpriced. $18 for a side of asparagus? Come on.

Really great service at Momofuku Las Vegas! The food is a bit on the pricey side but not really after you consider the high quality of ingredients, and there are some items at the lower end if you are on a budget. Really enjoyed our visit!

Hip atmosphere, a bit loud but the place had a fun energy. Service was perfect, staff was friendly and extremely attentive. The food was amazing and is up to the standard of David Chang’s NYC restaurants. As a group of 6, we ordered the crudo, Sichuan noodle (x2), 4 of the veggie sides (the cucumber is excellent) and the bo ssäm. We were all stuffed at the end of the meal. It’s a pricey menu, but the ssäm is huge and actually a pretty good deal with a large enough group. All in all highly recommend.

Excellent, innovative food. The Striped Bass was outstanding and a very memorable dish. We really enjoyed the cuisine at Momofuku, I had built it up a lot having watched David Chang in Ugly Delicious and it didn’t disappoint!

The only negative is that the price point is maybe a tad high!

We came for the buns. We were at the restaurant early in the day (I believe it was 3:00) when there was a limited menu, but we only wanted steamed buns which were available! It would be nice to have a couple more steamed buns to choose from, like in NYC, but I realize that the Vegas location has a different set of offerings going on so we weren't disappointed, merely greedy for the brisket bun (our all-time fave). Staff couldn't have been nicer.

Outstanding. I could eat that Whole Fried Chicken all day, everyday, and probably die early but happy. Matt, who took care of us, was awesome and personable, and his mustache is on-point. You could tell he took pride in the establishment he worked in and the food offered. They set our large group in a private back room, which we hadn’t expected but very much appreciated, providing us a rare chance to talk without club music blasting overhead and it had an amazing view of the Las Vegas strip. We had a blast. The Salt & Pepper Lobster and Shrimp was magnificent, and the portions were substantial, making sharing with good friends easy . Nothing but goodness pouring out of that kitchen. 22 thumbs up from our group!

This was my third time to Momofuku. First time I was solo and sat at the bar, where the staff took extra good care of me. Second time I sat at the kitchen bar with friends. This time I sat at the very best two-top in a quiet corner surrounded by views of the strip. Amazing food and service yet again. The short rib noodles with burrata was a standout. Highly recommend.
