It was TERRIBLE and I would not even pay for the food if I had a choice.
Keep coming back to this awesome place!
Great dinner experience. I'm a NYC Momofuku fan so needed to try it in LV. Aside from the table with millennials next to us that had the three of them shouting their entire conversation, it didn't last long since they only ate appetizers and bounced. Once they left, the noise level was moderate. Reservations highly recommended and if you want one of the signature dishes, its recommended to let them know in advance. I called 2hrs before our reservation time to let them know we wanted the 5 spiced roasted duck and it lived up to the hype!
Food is great but service is exceptional here. Always feels like I’m visiting old friends that I pay for food. Love this place!
The Momofuku it’s closed, and the app (Open Table) didn’t make an update on restaurant hours.
Amazing experience, incredible service! Our server was Mags, he was the highlight of our dinner. He knew exactly how to customize our dinner and he was extra attentive. He was appropriately fun and hilarious. The food was beautiful, we highly enjoyed ourselves. My wife had been wanting to go to Momofuku for months and I was able to deliver. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back. What you do with veggies is incredible, drinks were slamming and that truffle pasta, you should be ashamed of yourselves cause that was head banging good, and I don’t head bang. Thank you crew!
Erik was a fantastic server who walked us through the menu with care and then proceeded to craft us an outstanding tasting menu, which I would recommend doing. All food was excellent, with the brussel sprouts being the standout.
The pork belly buns were so amazing that i packed 2 in ice and brought them home to Anchorage for my husband to try lol!!!
Me and my boyfran loved!
Can’t remember our servers name but had an awesome personality and recommended some good beers! Will definitely make this place a regular visit on our yearly Vegas trips!
Best Asian fusion cuisine I’ve tasted!!
Momofuku is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Las Vegas. My boyfriend and I had a reservation on 1/1/2021 to celebrate the New Year. We always order shishito peppers as an appetizer and we love them. We also had oysters 🦪 and they were great. My boyfriend ordered Grilled Washugyu Ribeye and I ordered Spicy Miso Ramen. I always receive a great service every time I go there and I haven’t encountered anything on their menu that wasn’t great. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were so looking forward to our last dining experience for the year at Momofuko. We decided on a late lunch. We walked around Cosmopolitan before lunch, and were disappointed that there was hardly any holiday decorations, and the only worthwhile decor were the permanent fixture hundreds of strings of glass/crystal that simulate a chandelier.
Glad that Momofuko observed strict protocols to protect their clients and staff by requiring face masks.
Upon entering, I was somewhat disappointed at the very stark setting -- bare black tables, no decorations anywhere, not a single plant to soften or lighten the dark interior. I respect minimalism, but this was the extreme! I would have appreciated a small vase with a single flower or even a sprig of rosemary which they could have put on the table when we sat down.
We decided to go for the gusto. I was fascinated by the tuna foie gras, which turned out to be tuna tartare topped with grated foie gras (they freeze the foie gras so that they can grate it). Ingenous and delectable. Loved that!
Our meals (pork ramen and Branzino) were too salty for our taste. Thankfully, our superb waitress, Sarah, was very attentive and offered to have new meal prepared for us with less salt. The chef also offered a fresh salad with avocado and garlic fried rice. Very nice of them. And yes, the newly prepared meal was less salty and quite tasty.
The chef/waitress made sure our experience was good. Now, it they can only do something about the ambiance. After all, presentation is part of guaranteeing an enjoyable meal.
What I recommend: include live potted plants and place them in various parts of the restaurant to bring "life" and "light" to suh a drab, dark place. Add a small plant (a bud vase or succulents) on the table. Haven't they heard of Ikebana? If they're presenting a Japanese (as in ramen) meal, they could add a litte more Japanese attention to detail. My two cents.
5 spiced duck. mic drop.
Food and service were excellent! All staff respected COVID-19 guidelines
Our favorite meal in Vegas, with mind blowing flavors, attentive and engaged service and a hip vibe.
Where to begin.....
Our waiter suggested just giving him a budget and he would take care of us. I asked to keep our budget to $120 per person. Let me just tell you that this was the way to go. I’ve eaten at Momofuku in NYC so I had high expectations of this location and they met it!
We had a total of 5 courses throughout the dinner.
Here was our meal....
Raw Bar
Big eye tuna with shaved foie gras.
Kanpachi with radish, Serrano pepper and coconut milk.
Noodles
Truffle Ramen with egg yolk and lots of shaved truffle.
Small Plates
Pork Bun.
Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower.
Large Dish
Tempura Shrimp and Lobster.
Best meal of the entire trip. The ramen and the lobster were my favorites. Such an excellent experience I hope to get to do again one day!
Food was delicious and creative! I would definitely go back again next time in Vegas!
Fantastic service. I HIGHLY recommend the lamb ribs; perfectly cooked and seasoned.
The food was great other than the broth on the ramen didn’t taste homemade. It was very salty and tasted as if it was made from store bought bullion. The other ingredients were great! The service was over the top!
Celebrating a birthday with friends. Spicy noodles were tasteless, and I was charged $16 for 2 slices of tofu on my children’s noodles.
Amazing experience . Pork buns are to die for ! Service top notch , highly recommend it.
Food quality and taste was good (although way too spicy) however overall it was not a good experience. Service was slow at times, even though they seemed to have plenty of staff and it wasn’t that busy, and prices very high. Menu confusing and they charged us $16 for still water without warning. The menu said $1 charge for water. Also the place is dark and drab and the tables are old and dirty looking and were not level. Nothing worse than a rocking table when you are trying to eat. For the money they charge it should be a better experience.
Service was slow
Some of the best food I’ve ever had. From appetizers to the main course, everything was perfect and so unique. Will definitely return!
This was great, and our first time here. So putting our faith in our server we opted for the Chef’s Selection and got to taste many of the incredible menu items.
The food was great. Excellent layering of flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Great service and ambiance!
We love this place, never had any bad, service is always amazing, drinks are excellent, and the food is to die for.
Had the most perfect experience with my boyfriend. Thanks to our server Mags for recommendations and amazing service. Food was unique and tasty!
Fabulous food! Phenomenal service! Beyond our expectations! Highly recommend!
It's was my birthday
My husband and I had the most delicious meal and time celebrating his birthday. The Branzino was perfection!!!
Incredible food and service!!
Just a great time!!! And our service was amazing
Great service. Food is high quality. Drinks are very unique and delicious.
We had their lunch ramen and steamed bun and it was delicious!! Would definitely go back.
I had probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time here last night. The food was impeccable, but was made even more wonderful by our server Hadley and another server, Jeffrey. Hadley picked out our entire meal. We had the bao buns (pork and mushroom), the foie gras tuna, the kanpachi, the Brussels sprouts, and the whole branding. If I could give this meal another 5 stars, I would. Thank you to Hadley and Jeffrey who made this experience feel incredibly safe and even more delicious.
Went here to celebrate our anniversary. We had the pork buns, shrimp buns, the avocado/pear/sesame salad, and the spicy shoyu ramen. And a couple drinks. They were all delicious. Pork buns and shoyu ramen were our favorites.
Everything was absolutely delicious ☺️
I watched Ugly Delicious on Netlfix and listen to the David Chang podcast on Spotify, so I wanted to try the lunch special at Momofuku. What I got was an expensive version of a Chipotle burrito and a short beer. It taste good, but was something that you can also get for $12 at fast food. My cost after gratiuity was $38.25 because I had to order an additional 6 ounces of beer to get a whole 12oz glass.
