Momofuku Las Vegas
Dined solo and was sat by the hostess at her favorite spot—at the bar around the kitchen area. Food was delicious and was ready quickly. The kitchen team is a well oiled machine and fun to watch.
I love this restaurant! I have been to the NY and Toronto location and they are all consistently delicious. Highly recommend!!
The best customer service tat we have received on this trip! The chef was very attentive to my food allergies which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!
The food was outstanding! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the waitstaff went out of their way to make us feel special. The views from the restaurant were wonderful. I would highly recommend.
Nothing that special to make it worth going again. We tried the pork buns and mushroom buns, the pork ramen, veggie ramen, and pork bowl lunch special. The service was very slow. The buns honestly were nothing to write home about and were quite expensive for only 2 per order. The ramen was very typical to eh. Not that many toppings and the broth was only decent. The pork was good across the dishes. The lunch bowl was deconstructed and not that tasty/interesting. Not worth waiting for it. Also the beer came out after all the food which was strange. Expensive food for what it was.
We come from SF which has a lot of great Asian food so it's easy to compare, but this may be worth going to if you aren't as lucky. Even then I would suggest going to another restaurant like din tai fung. Ramen isn't that great on the strip.
Awesome. Shared plates was an excellent experience.
We had heard a lot about great dining at Momofuku. The menu specialty cocktails were surprising sparse portions. Bao pork buns appetizer was fantastic as were the shishito peppers. Duck Ramen was also very tasty but the Rice Cakes were unpleasantly chewy and bland. Overall service experience was just okay. Expectations were just higher than actual experience but would give it a second chance.
Like a glossy cafeteria. Not a pleasant dining experience
Beautiful restaurant with great location. I had the tofu bowl and it was wonderful. Ken had the pork belly ramen that he said was very good too. We started with roasted shishito peppers Big bowl of goodness although a bit too salty for me.
Your staff (hostess) in the entrance we’re rude and we’re trying to give a spot in the bar when they perfectly knew I reserved a table, so it was obvious they were trying to play with me. I won’t return and I’m not recommending this restaurant to my folks in Panama . Good luck!
The hostess are very rude
Absolutely fantastic. Quality of dishes blew me away. This will have to be a place I eat at every time I come to Vegas.
We ate here after our wedding ceremony. They said congrats, other than that it was a normal dining experience
Possibly the best shrimp bao bun ever! The ramen that followed was perfectly cooked with a medley of protein and veggies to sustain us through a night of extended walking, talking, and sight-seeing. Terrific!
Always a great experience eating at Momofuku! The food is perfectly executed every time!
Love the pork buns and even though they were out of a few spirits for the drinks the bar tender was very apologetic and even poured my paramour a glass of top shelf champagne to compensate for this gaffe. He had a nice C-3PO Pin that he was wearing as well. Bring back the smashed potatoes smothered in melted Wagyu and korean sauce please!!
We were here 2 years ago in June. It was grear! Sadly I cannot say the same this time around. The ambiance seems much darker and mundane. The service not up to par. Perhaps blame the pandemic ? Our server was nice enough and knowledgeable but failed to bring us clean plates between dishes. This is family style and multiple courses are generally the rule. Did he expect us to sethe each course on a dirty used plate? There is no more of his famous Fried Chicken on the menu. For an explanation watch his Netflix show to see why fried chicken has been “cancelled”. This experience just wasn’t as fun or delicious. Food was “ok”. Just.
Great cocktails that are more than just sweetened liquor and some of the best food we've ever eaten. David Chang lives up to the hype and then some. Started with raw appetizers and then did duck paitan and lamb ribs. Only negative that it was a little bit too quick and efficient so there wasn't a whole lot of time to sit and savor the incredible experience.
One of our waitress had an attitude, didn’t put in my order correctly, and scoffed when I asked about the order she didn’t put in. I wouldn’t have tipped but her partner waiter was much nicer.
Our server was great and suggested the "tasting menu" which we had fun eating!
This was a delicious experience. I loved everything I ordered. Will definitely return.
Excellent food- the duck ramen was amazing. Everything we had was great but the duck ramen was spectacular!
We enjoyed our lunch!
This place is awesome! I have a gluten allergy and they had a lot options. I got the coconut curry rise cakes and the crispy lamb ribs...just fantastic. I wouldn't recommend the shishito peppers...I thought they would be more than roasted and they were more spicy than I though they would be. My friend had the duck noodle dish and the pork boa buns...and only had great things to say...Also, the honeycrisp sour is dangerously delicious...If you like dessert then you need to eat before 10pm because Milk Bar is there is sister company, but closes at 10pm before the restuarant closes. Momofuko doesn't offer Milk Bar Desserts or their own dessert menu.
Great food and amazing service but sooooo extremely loud. Too loud. But still- we had a very good time and a great dinner!
Service was lacking for a quiet afternoon luncheon.
Jeffery was an outstanding server. Just the right combination of professional and fun. Love this place.
Our server (unfortunately can’t remember his name) was AMAZING as well as the general service from others that assisted our table that night. Certain dishes on the menu were immaculate and while some others fell short comparatively. All of the meat dishes were immaculate while the ramen and noodle dishes didn’t feel as worth it. The hamachi and lamb dishes were life changing! Had a very strong pisco cocktail. Samples most all of the ramen and noodle dishes and they’re worth trying, but I don’t think I’d get them because of the value.
The food was absolutely amazing. I got the short rib ramen and it was incredible. My server however was not great. My ramen was incredibly spicy, something he did mention, but I had to ask another server after waiting 20 minutes to bring me more water. Overall, my server was not great but the food was incredible!
I had a reservation for 1pm and got there earlier than anticipated. The hostess was very accommodating and was able to pull it up to 12:30pm. Our server was top notch and paced the check ins. The food was superb and we’d come back again!
Wonderful service and food. Really fantastic quality.
Good interesting food .
Wonderful in every way
Get the shiitake buns (not on the menu)
Our server was great and very attentive. He accommodated and even made suggestions on how we can order given our diet restrictions. Food was great! Especially the grilled shrimp!
Great atmosphere and delicious food.
It was our 10th wedding anniversary. We didn’t receive anything special (free dessert, app, etc.). We both ordered ramen, each a different style. Good, but not great. I’m a bit biased being raised in West Los Angeles where we have a ton of Ramen joints in our Japanese heavy neighborhood. Shishito app was ok, I wouldn’t order again but was happy I tried their style. Shrimp bun was good and I would order that again. Crack pie dessert was the highlight of the meal… funny thing was that wasn’t made in house but next door at a local dessert shop. Bus-ers were attentive and came out a lot. Runners brought food fast! Server came out 2 or 3 times, I can’t remember. It felt like they restaurant was too faced paced and they wanted you “in and out” so they can seat the next reservation. Definitely a quantity over quality situation, unfortunately.
I’m torn, not sure if I’d want to go back. It didn’t have anything that stood out to me, food-wise and service-wise. Meh
Good food, very good service, recommend. Just don’t expect your life to change.
I was expecting something similar to my experiences in the NYC spot. What I got was a very watered down version. The ramen I ordered had caked up noodles and a broth that was weak and forgettable. Sosoba here in Phoenix has better broth. The spicy cucumbers were brilliant though. I loved my drink and the wines by the glass list had depth and interest. I was hoping for special and unfortunately the food was not up to expectations.
Our server Freddy was everything. They made the ambiance, atmosphere and service 5 stars. Loved everything about the experience. The pork belly buns were like pillows in our mouth, cooked to perfection. The Bo Bowl was WELL WORTH the money and was a hefty portion. My sister also had the ramen. The lemonade was AMAZING. I would highly recommend and return again.
