Momofuku Las Vegas
Excellent food and service. I would go again without a doubt!
Good food and service, even during a busy time of evening.
Worked well for a business-social dinner.
I never leave Vegas without dining at Momofuku. Period. It's a must when you're in Las Vegas. The most amazing food (just close your eyes and select something), prepared and served by some of the most amazing staff any restaurant could have. Do yourself a favor and try it!
Fantastic menu. Everything was great and the staff was very attentive
Our server Mag was the best! Made my birthday there great.
Staff of very attentive. Love the atmosphere. Food is amazing.
Upon recommendations from many family members, we went here for lunch and it ended up being our BEST meal in Vegas hands down. We gave our server a budget and he put together a sampling of the best dishes they serve (which aren't on the lunch menu). There was SO MUCH food that we couldn't even finish. The pork belly buns are to die for...and I typically don't like pork belly. I can't wait to go back again!
A bit pricey, but hey, it's Vegas. Great food, unique flavors, great overall experience.
From food to ambience to service it was excellent!
Amazing service and food! Did chef’s choice!
Mediocre ramen in a dishwater like broth. No umami. Overpriced drinks and a $1.00 charge for a glass of water! You decide.
Excelente gran comida el porkbelly
BBQ pork buns and miso sea bass delicious! Good service!
Really good lunch menu, very reasonable price lunch for Las Vegas! I had booked in advance but was sat at the bar in front of the open kitchen when there was a lot of tables available, which was a bit of a shame, but ended up being quite interesting watching the chefs at work. They run a tight ship and produce really delicious food - I would have given five stars all around, except the pork in my bao bun was incredibly fatty (I know Belly pork should have a good amount of fat, but this was mostly fat which wasn't so nice), and the server was a little over efficient in bringing my bill and taking payment, like he was keen for me to leave when I'd finished, which again felt a little unnecessary in a half empty restaurant.
Made a solo reservation for lunch and was seated at the kitchen counter. Wasn’t greeted by a server initially. Didn’t look too busy though. Ordered the #1 lunch without the poached egg. Took a while to get the food, but I wasn’t in a hurry. Entree came out - egg on it. Took it away and waited another 5-10 minutes. Only saw the waiter 2 times, I guess he was busy with more important guests. As he placed the check next to me, I asked to see the menu again (had to flag him down) then he brought the dessert menu. I’d had enough so I paid and left. I’m from LA so I’m not wowed by the hype of “celeb” chef restaurants. What I had wasn’t any more impressive than any spot in K-town or Little Tokyo, only more expensive. I’m not tryin to hate, but I didn’t walk away with intentions of returning.
Ramen! Loved all the food
Well done !
Fantastic food and great service! Really enjoyed eating here and would definitely come back. Book ahead on Open Table as it fills up fast, even right at 11am when it opens!
It was an amazing experience. There are multiple servers always waiting on you and taking care of you. The food was impeccable. The price is on the higher end so it is not a place you would go on a daily basis but definitely well worth a visit!
Amazingly great food, best Ramen this side of Japan.
Food is beyond expectation. Most memorable dish are Korean kimchi stew, pork bun, lamb steak
Food was extremely salty, and outrageously overpriced. Restaurant was half empty. Definitely got the vibe that everyone there, including servers, knew it was a ripoff. Liked Chang’s NY places, and enjoy his TV shows and podcast. But this was just terrible.
We went for dinner to celebrate my birthday. We didn’t choose wrong. David Chang’s creation truly lived up to our expectations. The tuna with foie grass shaves, beef noodles, spicy cucumber and OMG the Pork Chops! Absolutely delicious! The waiter was very helpful and guide us through our first experience in Momufuku. Dessert from Milk Bar by Cristina Tossi, don’t leave without trying the cereal milk pie or ice cream. Love it!
Fun restaurant, inventive food, go with a crowd so you can try lots of dishes together. Fried lobster was great!
We had a great New Years Day meal here! The pork buns & ramen can’t be beat. Such a gem of a place!
Food was great and service level was pretty high. Though it might be the new year, the tasting menu was gone before our time.
It was great! Food was amazing and service was very attentive. Would go again!
I tried white truffle ramen and it was waste of money
Very good food, good service and energetic atmospheric. Disliked that even with a reservation I had to stand in a long line of people trying to get in the restaurant. There has to be a way for guests with reservations to avoid this.
Momofuku is #1. The food at this restaurant is amazing! Get the beets, tan tan, miso sea bass, especially get the NY steak, best ever including all of the top American chop houses, I’ve tried them all. The chef personally visited our table and was a delight, his passion for excellence and pleasing his guests was obvious. The hostess seating us was rude, not pleasant and should be fired, but I’ll over look that. We almost walked out, glad we stayed!
Great food and service
Good vibe and service, but the ramen was too salty for me.
Courteous staff; prompt service.
> pork belly buns are alright
> the worst ramen we ever have
> extremely salty broth in all different
> inconsistent thickness of ramen
noodles - some are really thick &
some are thin
> $16.00 for chickpeas ramen which
has no protein; to add on chicken
chashu is an additional $10.00 for
just four tiny slices. In other words, $26.00 for a bowl of chicken ramen that soaked in extremely salty broth which probably shoot your BP to galaxy beyond
> this restaurant provides BLEACHED bamboo chopsticks
> WAY OVERPRICED
> very loud music
Every bite was incredible.
Food was not authentic. Disappointing.
