Momofuku Las Vegas
Amazing food and service! Highly recommend!!
High expectations but unfortunately less than expected with Luke warm ramen broth and less than stellar second try with raw chickpeas and noodles. Both server and management too quick to bypass the issue toward resolution as they both claim to inform the chef. Perhaps a code word for whatever.
Ramen was good but not great. Pork was fatty, The glare facing the windows was strong at lunch time. The bun were good but not great. Also fatty. Service was great.
Amazing dining experience.
This place is indescribable. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. We had the short rib kimchi stew and truffle ramen and both were incredible.
Love the food and service here! We were celebrating our friend’s bday and they did provide the best service! Will difinitely visit here next time!
Even if you have reservations, be sure to get in the line if your reservations are once they open. The line is for both reservations and drop ins but they will seat the people for reservations first.
This place is resting on the fact that David Chang is a celebrity. Service was terrible and the food was a joke, in particular at the prices. We ate here last year and it was much, much better.
Overall a wonderful experience. Service was friendly and unpretentious. Ambiance was amazing. We were seated in the private back room, which is outfitted with a large comfy red velvet booth and also has an amazing view of the Paris Hotel and Eiffel Tower—an amazing backdrop for photos! You can also catch glimpses of the fountain show at The Bellagio. You won’t forget you’re in Vegas!
Food was delicious even though I am not the biggest fan of sweet flavors in Asian cooking, which Korean fusion tends to lean toward. Long beans were great, as were the ginger scallion noodles. Spicy cucumbers might have been one of my favorites and are a must with refreshing & crunchy cool notes to off-set the richness of the other dishes.
Don’t forget to save room for dessert which is from Milkbar and conveniently located next door. Their birthday cake is the perfect ending to a meal. Yes it’s sugary, yes it’s sweet, but your 6 year old self will thank you!!
The food is great, and if you have a big group to share that'll be better because they have a great menu for share. The raw bar is exquisite. The grilled food is on the salty side, but some may call that flavorful. Overall, all the food was impeccably executed and presented, very impressed!
It was all good until we got our steak and the duck.
The dry aged steak was merely ok. For the price though I expected a lot better steak than what we had. The dry aging flavor was barely there, and the texture was a bit too chewy.
The duck... the skin was too fat. Pretty much all of the duck fat under skin was un-rendered. You will get to watching the server carve your duck just like traditional Peking duck, but why plating the duck over white rice? The ginger scallion wrapper was pretty good though.
On the upside, all the vegetables we ordered were delicious. The lobster and shrimp dish was amazing.
I would command this place.. but stay pass on the steak and duck.
The shoyu ramen is really really salty, some people even need to add water to the soup
The noise level was almost unbearable. My ears were ringing for hours afterwards. Peruvian Sour cocktail was underwhelming. Wait staff was very attentive. The food deserving of all the praise it has received
Ambiance was really cool with street art and dim lighting. You can see right into the kitchen which I always enjoy. Our waiter was kind and helpful, and even gave us a little sake to pair with one of our entrees :)
The food was outstanding. Every dish was unique and packed full of flavor. Definitely recommend the spicy cucumbers, pork buns, and miso-marinated cod. Will come back every time I visit Vegas!!
Phenomenal food. Fantastic service.
Momofuku Las Vegas was wonderful! We had a table of 7, so we were able to get the lobster and shrimp dinner, along with a bunch of other things. The lobster and shrimp were outstanding! We seriously ate ourselves into a dessert of Milk Bar's crack pie! So good!
The wait staff was incredible knowledgeable about every dish and made excellent recommendations. Everything was delicious and and beautifully plated
Mags was an amazing waiter. Again!
I went for lunch, so the noise level was pretty low. I was really pleased by the portion sizes and quality. I ordered the pork shoyu ramen and crispy potatoes and was not disappointed. I can't say that the slice of pork belly was particularly good - it was somewhat tough and I ended up not eating it, however, the shredded pork was a religious experience. I'm not a huge eater, so I did not finish the entire meal, I barely made a dent in the potatoes even though they were a "small plate". Service was great and I really enjoyed my experience overall.
Food very good though not as well prepared as NY Momofuku.
La comida estuvo muy rica. La atención fue muy buena. Muy recomendable.
Always so good at providing vegan options! I never miss coming here to eat when in Vegas.
Our waiter was so fun and attentive too!
Excelente!!! El mejor pato que he probado! Lo vale hasta el último centavo!
They gave us sparkling rose’ for our anniversary. Very professional and kind
Amazing culinary experience! Every entree we tasted was unbelievable and the service was outstanding.
Service was exceptional! Food was great though the pork buns were a bit bland.
I had the jindoori chicken, and I think it was among the best meals I've ever eaten. When I entered the bar, I was a bit tipsy and I fell out of my chair. They comp'd us two free drinks even though it was my own fault. Will definitely be visiting again.
We shared a few plates and it was awesome.
What an amazing dining experience! I was greeted with a Happy birthday on my check in and our waiter brought me a complementary glass of the house sake (delicious!). We started with the oysters, garlic green beans, shishito peppers and pork buns (excellent!). Had the black truffle ramen with pork shoulder (amazing!). Finished off with crack pie a la mode and birthday cake. The ambiance was vibrant and the window views were very nice. Having the Beastie Boys and old school hip hop as background music was the icing on the cake for me. Well done David Chang and Momofuku!
Ramen was perfect for lunch. Draft beer was surprisingly good.
Love their Ramen!!
Celebrating a job promotion. Our server seemed really distracted and not focused on our table at all. But food was delish and rest of staff was super friendly!
Highly recommend Momofuku Las Vegas! Have wanted to try a restaurant from David Chang for awhile and was so excited to experience Momofuku. We did the Bo saam which was an incredible pork shoulder accompanied with great sides. We also had some shishito peppers and marinated cucumber sides dishes. Highly recommend this for all occasions. Bring your appetite such a great value and awesome service!
Great service. Amazing food.
Awesome team, awesome service, awesome food.
Food was fantastic and our waitstaff was super attentive and helpful
Food out of this world!! Service was fast and friendly, never too obtrusive.
A must eat at place!!
This one has been on my bucket list for a while and it didn’t disappoint. The food and atmosphere were great, but Max our server was phenomenal. We trusted him to order multiple courses for us and we weren’t disappointed. He made the meal fun and memorable. Maybe my new favorite place in Vegas!
Mixed feelings on this place. Food was amazing no doubt about it. And the general ambience excellent. A cool buzzy restaurant. I'll say it again so as to be fair, the food we ate was exceptional. Inventive and totally delicious.
Problem for us was that the prices are really heavy relative to the overall experience including service. Most offensive was someone clearing our plates before we had finished - which when each plate costs more than $50 is just not cool. And serving expensive Sake in what looks like an Ikea water glass. That may be the restaurants way of being different and cool, but its just not what we expect when you are paying top dollar. We ate at various restaurants of similar price level where the service was impeccable and you felt that you were being treated to an experience that justified the price level. I can't say that in the same way about this place.
Our experience was just odd. We asked the waiter what the people next to us were eating because it looked so good and he said they were eating what we had ordered. Much to our dismay and confusion when our food was brought out, it was not the same.
We also wanted the black truffle ramen, which they had just run out of when we were placing our order. Then we noticed everyone around us was eating ramen as our food was coming out. We obviously were jelly and asked our waiter about it. He said it was their pork ramen but it’s an off-menu item. Shouldn’t he have told us about it when they had run out of the other ramen? Clearly we wanted ramen.
