Momofuku Las Vegas
Good, but expected more!
The food never fails here at this place! The oysters and pork belly buns are a starter must! Any ramen is the bomb and whatever main dish you order won’t be disappointing! Love this place! The
Include ramen in the dinner menu please. The service was really good
Great bold and interesting flavors. Fish was cooked perfectly. Just a really enjoyable tasty meal.
Service was impeccable. Our server gave my girlfriend and I one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food blew away all of our expectations. I had requested a romantic table via OpenTable as I booked our reservation about two months in advance. We had a view of the strip at sunset. Truly was an incredible dining experience.
Momofuku has a great staff. I come here for the pork belly buns. They are the best!
Every bite was amazing.
Great service. Great food. Great sake. Great birthday.
We love this restaurant! Truffle ramen is a fave...the buns are another fave!
Went there for sons birthday dinner - outstanding experience from start to finish! We ordered the duck ahead of time and it was so worth it!! Our server was outstanding, charming funny and enthusiastic! Worth the experience .
We had reservations at 6:30 and realized we wanted to push it back due to pool season. They graciously allowed us to move it back to 930 and when we returned at 930 were seated promptly and within 10 seconds Dale, our most excellent server, greeted us and just ensured we had the most spectacular time. We gave her our price range and let her drive the show. 3 words - Smoked Trout Roe.
It was a really excellent experience that we will gladly return to when we can.
Great food. Prompt service. All around excellent.
Impeccable service combined with the most extraordinary duck make this a must visit for those with culinary delight as their evening objective.
This was the most rushed meal I think I’ve ever eaten. About 30 minutes start to finish. Pork buns were not nearly as good as the NYC’s location. Staff were very nice. Noise level was absurdly high
Amazing restaurant. Ask to sit at the bar and get the best experience you can.
I feel like the amount of food that the water suggested was too much for a party of 10. As a result, we over spent and really was not as great of food as I expected.
We needed a place to host a meeting from 11am to 4pm. The entire staff at Momofuku was extremely helpful and considerate. They accommodated every request and we were never rushed. The food was great and the noise level was perfect for the meeting.
We had the best seat in the house with a great view of the strip and the food was off the charts!
Hand picked for our Vegas Bachelorette party * dine out*. Service, food, drinks and ambiance were outstanding!!
We had soo much fun. 8 of us - did chefs choice.
The food was great. The ambience inside the restaurant was so fine great music. 100% would go back
It was amazing!! Wish they would have told us that you could order the Ramen during dinner though!!
Nice place! Great food
They were great. Recommendations to have server provide the food based on the budget per person was both a relief and fun. We got plenty of food and a diverse course. Thanks to Erick at the bar for the idea and the great drinks!
My wife and I will be back soon
fantastic experience. thank you. a bit pricey for me to do often unfortunately.
So much about this place is great. Unfortunately, the key elements of a restaurant, food and value, were merely good, if not less so.
Without the “it” factor, I doubt this place would survive well. Thankfully it’s a place for cute people to be served cute food by cute people in a cute environment.
When the best thing I can say about a restaurant is “I ate at X.” then the restaurant failed. Otherwise, eat the pork belly buns. They’re the closest thing to appropriate value on the menu.
The foie gras scallops were amazing. However the ramen was just run of the mill. Good but nothing special. That said, the service was outstanding friendly, polite, and helpful. Over all a good experience.
First time at Momofuku and was super disappointed. The 4 main dishes we got was the salt and pepper crab, sea bass, the bao, and Sichuan noodles. Almost everything was way over priced and just not that special. I don't get it.
The sea bass is real good, but you can get this in many other places.
The bao was good and meat real good, but how boring. Add a special peanut sauce, cilantro, something. This is the most boring interpretation I've ever had.
For the price of the noodles I would expect something more than some bland noodles. There just wasn't much peppercorns in there to make it pop. I don't it.
The crab was super disappointing. First, it was deep fried in tempura batter with no menu warning and it was not even fried well. Everything was under seasoned. No salt and no pepper. This is usually a favorite at Chinese restaurants. It was kind of just yucky with that yuzu mayo. It just made everything feel even more only.
I ordered the pork belly buns, as I noted a lot of positive reviews for this item. They were delicious; however, the meat was too fatty for me. Otherwise, I enjoyed all other dishes that were ordered. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The views of the Las Vegas strip were spectacular.
Excellent food and service! Will definitely be returning
We made our 4th visit to Momofuku LV on 4/2/19 to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Wow! We genuinely feel the restaurant is now getting better and better (and more memorable) with each visit. Our server (I apologize for forgetting her name) was super knowledgeable of the menu and went out of her way to make the nice extra special, including complimentary sake and a desert cookie from Milk Bar! We started with some delicious cocktails (good enough I don't remember the names :), Shrimp Buns, and then had Chickpea Ramen and Roasted Rice Cakes (although I preferred the slightly different variation of this last summer, this curry-centric one is still very delicious, especially with the recommended additional shrimp). Everything was SO fantastic! Needless to say, we'll be making a reservation for our 5th Momofuku visit when we're back in Vegas at the end of August!
I was very excited to come here because I really enjoyed David's other restaurants. We ordered the spicy cucumbers, salt and pepper crab and lobster for 2, and garlic noodles with eggs along with the Peru sour and Old Fashion. We didn't get the pork belly buns since we had that in LA and NY already and wanted something new. The drinks were delicious and the spicy cucumbers were good. But then came the $176 crab and lobster, which was highly recommended by our server. It came with 3 large crab legs and 9 huge prawns. The thick coating was too heavy and not much flavor. We didn't want to waste $176 so we both ended up uncomfortably stuffed. The garlic noodles were okay, nothing spectacular. I would not recommend the over priced crab and lobster dish to my worst enemies and I don't think I would return to this restaurant again given that there are so many better places in Vegas.
It was ok at best. Food was overpriced and the entrees did not meet the standard of a true “Asian Fusion”. There’s also an extra charge for water. Would recommend checking out other options.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable in the menu. Made a few things happen for us. Have to visit every time I’m in town. The 5 spice duck was amazing. Table side carving made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Very good experience. Portions are on the smaller side for what you pay but very tasty. The pork belly bao buns were out of this world.
We had a great meal and the service was great too!
This was our second time coming to Momofuku and again, it did not disappoint.
Food was over seasoned and over priced. I really wanted this place to be good because I really like David Chang but I was ultimately disappointed. Service was great though.
Currently my favorite restaurant in Vegas. The dishes are all unbelievable, especially the pork belly buns, spicy cucumbers, the ginger scallion noodles & big eye tuna!
Overall, we enjoyed the meal.
The pork belly buns appetizer was amazing!
The Sichuan beef noodle entree description was not clear on the menu, I was hoping it would be a noodle soup but it was dry and noodle was undercooked.
As for dessert, my husband and I put down the forks to take a break from the birthday cake, a server came and asked if we needed boxed, we said no and he took the cake immediately, not even asking if we are still working on it.
Great food and staff
