Delicious, interesting menu, friendly service. It was pretty empty when we went on a summer Tuesday evening, but the food was delicious! Would go back.
Great find in bushwick!
Didnt have my first 2 options available that day - what i did order was eventually forgotten about and hd to watch rest of table eat. Ddnt apologize or comp anything not good customer service imo
The music was pretty loud - the door was broken so it was incredibly cold inside, hard to enjoy our dinner. Portion sizes were small and it was a little on the pricey side. Don’t think I’ll go back.
Great food, a little overpriced but it was delicious and the presentation made it feel special.
Rolls were delicious, ambience was great. Cute spot to get your sushi fix.
Was good all around!
Competing music between the sushi shack and ramen place made it loud, confusing and difficult to converse.
The portions were too small for the price and the server was pushy about being paid.
Awesome location. Food is good. Prices are reasonable.
Food is very good. Service is good. Overall a good sushi experience. Communal tables provide little privacy but it’s a fun atmosphere. Not the level of the top sushi spots in the city but very respectable.
Came here for lunch. Was not expecting much but was blown away by fantastic service and incredible food! Get the steak and eggs fish if you can. Also love that they served pickled cabbage instead of ginger with their sushi
Slow wait your food but worth it for amazing, reasonably priced sushi! Typical Brooklyn vibes with no signage so might be hard to find if you don’t already know where it is. But perfect location for me- walking distance from my apartment and the perfect dinner before a movie at Syndicated.
Please don't come here... I don't want my nice sushi place to get too crowded :/
Without doubt the best Sushi in Bushwick, very cool place, service helpful and fun.
Fun atmosphere. The servers are very knowledgeable about the menu and sake selection. Very crowded though. Everyone sits on benches on large communal tables so if that is not your thing I would go elsewhere. Very loud place but if you go with an adventurous and open minded group, this place is a blast.
I love eating here, the sushi bombs are great!
Momo Sushi is futurist New York sushi personified.
I recently moved to the neighborhood and have been meaning to try MoMo for some time and glad I got to finally go! The overall atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is nice. The space is set up with long communal tables, so if you're uncomfortable sitting next to a stranger, this may not be the place for you. My boyfriend and I are vegan and they have a lot of good options. Everything we had I thought was tasty - the Mina sushi, vegan gyoza, vegan curry and vegan fried rice. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the fried rice, but they apologized for the delay with a complimentary app and I thought that was nice. I would definitely recommend this as a date spot.
Excellent neighborhood spot with authentic, delicious cuisine.
Very hip/casual vibes. We sat at picnic tables and tattoos beautified one waitress. The bleached blonde male waiter was in short shorts and looked like a refugee from Venice beach. Cool. Sushi was wonderful. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. The crazy popular Roberta's is around the corner. As they now say in Paris, "Mon Dieu, mon vieux, c'est si Brooklyn!!"
