Since its first restaurant opening in 1993, Mo-Mo-Paradise has expanded its presence to over 20 cities throughout Asia with plans to expand further throughout the rest of the world. Food was ok, but the quality definitely decreased since the last visit during the pre-COVID era. All you can drink milk tea and fountain beverage is no longer included in the AYCE price. 18% gratuity is included in the bill, which brings me to the poor service… Service was severely lacking during our visit. We prefer not to consume pork but were served pork. 2 wait staff stated that what they brought was beef. However, when I cooked and tasted the meat, I immediately knew it was pork. Fortunately, a third waitstaff was kind to bring beef to table. At nearly $100 for 2, definitely not worth the price point for the poor quality of service. This was supposed to be a long, overdue date away from the kids, and our experience was below average. Our waitstaff generally (except for the waitstaff that brought beef) seemed indifferent and unkind from start to finish. Won’t be returning.

Great first time experience. Making a reservation online was helpful. Service was great with explanation of how to cook and get ingredients. Servers checked on us throughout. We tried all of the meats but the beef varieties were our favorites. The tonkatsu and sukiyaki broths were delicious. Gratuity is automatically added.

We made a reservation at 11:45am but we were not taken to the table until after noon. We had a mom who was having hard time to keep standing. What’s the point of making a reservation when we have to wait way past the reservation time?

Even though it is about an hour drive, this is one of our favorite restaurants in southern California. Yes, it can be a bit expensive, but the quality (and quantity) of food and service never disappoints! A wonderful experience and way to share a meal with friends and family. Highly recommended!

On time reservation. Waitress explained everthing. 18% mandatory surcharge. Waitress forgot to deliever our hot gfreen tea refills and our ice cream dessert took at least 10 mins to arrive. Nothing charming here, you're on your own. Meat quality is very good, but that's where it ended. Expensive and will not return.

This all you can eat hot pot establishment offers 4 broth bases, 5 meat choices, an assortment of vegetables and dipping sauces, fish and pork balls, and curry beef. There is an 18% service charge that goes to the workers to help with livable wages. Service was attentive and courteous.

I have been here many times over the years. The food qualify is consistent. The service has gone downhill since they start adding the automatic 18%. The server comes around less and our request for simple things like straws and meat takes longer. It could simply be that they need more worker during rush hour weekend lunch.

It was a good experience but the service was not as good as at the Arcadia branch. Staff weee not attentive and we had to ask for refills of tea and even ladies and tools. Also they hurried us out of the restaurant before th 90 minute time limit even though the restaurant was mostly empty. I would go to Arcadia next time

First time and I really liked it. Service was good and there were lots of options for meat and veggies. There wasn’t a spicy soup base but fire drops always make up for it. Considering it’s ayce, it was really good. Thank you to the Momo team!!

The dark green vegetables are on limited supply. The salt in the sesame sauce can be reduce to half to bring out the sesame and peanut flavor.
