   My husband and I love Molly’s! This was our second visit and our second perfect meal. Everything is absolutely exceptional- food, drinks, service, ambience. I am not a vegetarian but I tried the grilled cabbage because the flavors sounded incredible, and it did not disappoint. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Same with the cocktails! The passion of the chefs and mixologists really shines through every dish and drink. Such a great dining experience!

   Wonderful innovative menu…small but a choice for all palates including vegetarian. Fabulous cocktails and wine..good lighting. Not too noisy. Staff is efficient and friendly..especially Molly ! Our favorite place in northern Illinois!

   We enjoyed our visit to Molly’s Friday evening. It’s a pleasure to drive from Lake Carroll to this charming town. Molly’s is in an historic building and is quite chic for this rural area. The staff is friendly, professional and aim to please. Our server was knowledgeable of the craft cocktails on the menu and we got our drinks, appetizer, main courses and dessert all in a well paced manner.

    Mollys is a gem hidden in a tiny town. We happily drive 45 min to eat there. There’s an ever changing, exciting menu, and such excellent food! Craft cocktail menu is also fantastic! It’s a treat!

    I love the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff is always friendly & attentive. The grilled cheese appetizer is AMAZING. Bens bread with olive oil & whipped butter is outstanding. The homemade pasta with red sauce & fennel sausage was divine. The crispy Hawaiian chicken is truly delicious. I highly recommend this place.

    Our party of 6 spent a wonderful New Year's Eve dining here. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and began the evening with cocktails and appetizers shared all around. The brussel sprouts, fries, and olives were so delicious, and we all wanted the last piece of tuna! Our entrées did not disappoint either. I ordered the crispy chicken while my husband had the ribeye. No matter how full you are, you MUST have Molly's dessert. Out table shared bites of flaky apple tart and dark persimmon cake. We enjoyed a leisurely dining experience with close friends, the best way to ring in the new year!

    My husband and I really enjoy Molly's. We may pay more for our meal but I don't mind when the quality is excellent. The menu is limited which is good so they can focus on quality and presentation. They also have very interesting cocktails to enjoy as well. I will continue to recommend Molly's to my friends. Plan ahead and make reservations on-line. Enjoy!

    Love this place. Staff is very accommodating about modifications regarding food allergies, they know the menu very well including cocktails (!) and provide insight to make choices. Whenever we come here, we always try each other's food and everything is delicious. We've never, ever not had a delicious meal and great service. Halleluiah to Molly's!
