Das Moksa in der Oranienstraße serviert mitten in Berlin-Kreuzberg indische Köstlichkeiten auf einem völlig neuen Niveau und mischt auf gekonnte Weise traditionelle Rezepte mit modernen Aromen. Heraus kommen dabei Gerichte wie die Butter Chicken Bowl, das zarte Hühnchen aus dem Tandoori oder das vegetarische Gericht mit geräucherter Aubergine, die mit Reis serviert wird. Absolutes Highlight der Speisekarte sind aber die Naanwichs – eine Art Sandwich aus Naan Brot, gefüllt mit Salat und wahlweise süß-saurem Schweinefleisch, gehacktem Ziegenfleisch, fermentierten Kidneybohnen und vielem mehr. Eine tolle Empfehlung dazu sind die hausgemachten Chutneys oder der Joghurt mit Gurken und Minze. Tipp!
