Limited food menu - I expected a greater selection. Servings were on the small side. Don’t understand why people with no reservations can get seated prior to those with reservations. Requested a table by the window but didn’t get one even though there was a table available. Was surprised we couldn’t hear the announcer when the horses were running - took away some of the fun.

Who doesn’t have hot sauce??? Our waitress told us they didn’t have any.

An absolutely wonderful evening . Our server Isabell was such a lovely young woman. Her warm smile , friendly demeanour , and attention to detail were absolutely stellar. She explained the menu choices perfectly, and helped with our wine choices . Isabell clearly knows every aspect of the menu. We had the opportunity to chat with her during our evening and I cannot express how impressed I was by this young woman. We discovered she just finished her first year at university and that she has aspirations of becoming a speech therapist. Unfortunately the evening of racing was canceled due to the poor air quality but our evening was amazing thanks to Isabell . Our wish is for much success for this outstanding young woman

Fantastic service. Meg, the manager was awesome and the waitstaff was on point. The food was overpriced. Flavours were lacking and temperature was an issue....cold food.

Our waiter was excellent! He was attentive, had great menu recommendations and checked in on us regularly. The kitchen, however, was understaffed. We could see that it was frustrating and embarrassing to the wait staff who had to go around to most tables and apologize for food being 45 min to an hour before coming out.

I booked a table for 4 in the Mohawk Harvest Kitchen for the Family Night event and would have expected the kitchen to anticipate the volume of diners. Our server Eric was amazing and if not for his professionalism and service this would have been even more disappointing night out. The food took about 1.5 hrs from seated to eating. One meal was missing the fries ... A burger on a board with nothing else. $20! We all ordered a different meal and we all said ‘meh’ to the quality for price. So many tables for one server made even getting a glass of water pretty frustrating. The other big complaint was the room temperature. So cold! Our hands were freezing and this made dining very uncomfortable. We noted all the tables had guests wearing coats. Not a great dining experience at all. Although we appreciated the manager removing some items from the bill I would have preferred not to resort complaining. The evening was not a great finish when after the disappointing dinner experience we were faced with a 45min-1hr wait to exit the parking lot. Not likely to return for another big event.

Our server was quite good, but the hostess and food runners could not seem to find our table (an example is trying to deliver our end of meal dessert to a table that just sat down in our section of only 3 tables). Even though we ordered our meals before the table that was seated after us, our meal delivery was much slower than theirs, and often runners could not find our table (in a section of only 3 tables). My app was cold, but overall the food was good and our server was attentive (she knew where our table was). It was my husband's big birthday so I was hoping for something better than being forgotten. I did not complain as it was her first solo service and she was kind, attentive, and personable. We were not in a rush so did not make a fuss.
