Modesto’s @ Orchard is where to savour the quintessence of traditional Italian cuisine, meaning wood-fired pizzas and homemade pastas. Start your meal by ordering some antipasti to share around the table (we find the combination of caprese and calamari pretty hard to beat) and then, if it’s pizza you feel like, Modesto’s @ Orchard serve classic toppings as well as plenty that are more experimental. Should you feel like pasta then it’s the same story, and we’d really recommend the signature spaghetti nero made with black squid ink.
