About this restaurant

Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    We dined with friends that we hadn't seen for a couple months. The food was great, servers were very attentive with fantastic suggestions of wine pairings and sides for our meal. Ambience was nice and we didn't feel rushed throughout our dinner.

    The Prime Rib seemed excessively fatty, according to AI fat content should be 15 to 30%. This prime rib seemed more like 40%. Very expensive for what you get, the 2 can dine steak meals for just under $100 are a much better deal. The Prawns were way toooo salty. The fries as a side order were was toooo salty and mediocre.

    This was our third time there for date night. The steaks, risotto and beets were exceptional!! Service was incredible as always. Staff and management are excellent!

    Took a party of 9 to celebrate 2 birthdays. The party included four teenagers. The tab was nearly $1,500, including wine and beer. In general, we enjoyed a lovely dinner. I was the only one who wasn't happy with their steak. I didn't complain, so management did not have the opportunity to address my concern. My strip loin steak was tough and a bit undercooked. I chose not to make a fuss. Overall, our party had a great time

    Food was excellent, we were a group of five and shared everything. We almost ordered every appetizer. Variety of cocktails were ordered and all good. Wanted to have wine but the prices were ridiculous. Service and ambience was great.

    We had the April "Art of Prime Rib" special menu and enjoyed it. Portions were very generous. Each side was more than enough for two people. Both the food and service were very good. The dining room was nicely laid out and quite attractive.

    Wednesday night date night is a great deal. 2 x 10 oz NY striploin, two sides and a bottle of wine for $98. Baked Alaskan dessert is great.
