We used to go there a lot but we haven’t get a chance to dine in until recently due to inconvenience reservation. Never able to make same day reservations even those not too many customers in the restaurant. Servers no longer set up tong for customers to use when cooking in hot water. The chopstick should not be use in hot water because the material is not mean to be in such a hot temperature. I had to ask for a tong instead of it was set up automatically like before. Maybe staff needs reorientation on table setting again after pendemic.

Found a small caterpillar in my food so I’m assuming they didn’t wash the vegetable well. Had to wave down the server to get my soup changed out. Service was very bad in all honesty. They don’t check up on you and I had to constantly raise my hand and even then it’s not noticed. I had to get up from my seat and walk up to my server just to get someone’s attention.

We started eating around 7:15 pm and there’s no curry available. My goddaughter is with me and that’s the only thing she eats there. We had to wait 30 mins for the new batch to serve. Aside from the curry the veggies are almost gone. The mushrooms are gone, nothing was replenish (for the veggies) until we are done eating. The corner where the veggies are pretty messy same goes with the bathroom. The ice cream choices is only vanilla and pineapple coconut. I’ve been eating here almost every 2-3 mos and this is the only time I got really disappointed. I will eat here again though

Got seated late and staff was rushing us to leave when our time limit was approaching. They had long lines to wait for veggies/sides, rice, and sauce condiments, which made us not have much time to eat with our family (it was a birthday celebration). They were also out of a lot of everything like condiments and rice and took so long to refill I had to ask several times which made our reservation not worth it because we didn’t have much time to enjoy our meal. Servers continued to rush us when we had stacks of meat left saying it’s last call for ice cream when our bday boy didn’t even eat much meat yet since we had to wait so long for everything. They kept telling us the next party will arrive in less than 10 minutes and need the table, very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Our experience was amazing. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He was able to accommodate us and seat us right away even though we arrived earlier than our reservation time. Overall, it was great.

First visit after the pandemic and able to be seated even we came early. The meat was fresh and delicious which we ate more than 16 boxes of the chunky beef. Kurtis is our server and very pleasant, refilled our orders promptly and reminded us when time was up. And the ice cream was great and highly recommended. Will definitely come again!

Have always loved eating at momo paradise! Been at least 5x now in the last 6 months. BUT, first time workers “kicked us out” for reaching 90 minute dining time. We still had 2 plates of meat that we didnt cook yet but were prompted by staff to “finish up quickly because the next table is ready to be seated”. I also always make a reservation when dining at momo paradise and always request for 2 pots because my mother has dietary restrictions and cannot share with the rest of us (we usually seat for 4 people total). It has never been a problem in the past, but when I asked the front desk to confirm if they had seen my request, he said “yes, i have 2 pots for you today, but i cannot guarantee this for next time regardless of the dietary restriction”. I completely understand that they are busy, but considering i made a reservation well over a week ahead of time, this statement was very off putting. Regardless, we had a wonderful experience as usual with the food!!

Good food for AYCE. Nice side dishes and glad that the food came pretty quick too! A bit pricey but it is AYCE so that definitely made up for the value. Our group of 6 including coworkers and family were happy to have come here!

Love the food and our server was very attentive even though he had a lot to do. The only complaint was that the floor at our table was sticky and seemed dirty. But we didn’t want to bug the staff to clean it since they were pretty busy.

We sat down at 8:40PM, even though we had reservations for 4 people for 8:30PM, and the restaurant was busy, but not full. The small buffet section had many items out, with the servers slow to refill. The staff seemed to be short-handed, which may have caused the issues above. Food was good, and meats were flavorful, but again they were out of several different cuts and we had to wait 15+ minutes to get the order filled. We have eaten at this location several times, and had similar issues to a limited extent, but this seems to be the worst experience of all.

They gave us a 2 people table while we had 3. We were sitting not so comfortable. Also the vegetables were not refilling in time, a lot of them were empty. Air conditioning was not cold enough and we were sweating, especially squeezing in a small table.

I'm a big fan of Momo Paradise! The quality of their ingredients is amazing, and the service is always on point. The sukiyaki soup base is my go-to, although it does tend to get a bit sweet and need some water to dilute it.

Good meat and vegetables quality. Love the drink station with a wide variety and jelly. There are only four soup base options. Tomato and tonkotsu are ok. Stations seem well maintained with sanitizer stations and sneeze guards. Good service. Background music is on the loud side, it is hard to have a conversation. Parking has multiple levels but it is not well lite. 18% service charge built-in, should look at the check closely. Definitely should make a reservation ahead of time.

Our server was nice but the greeter was EXTREMELY rude even though we had a reservation. We were made to wait at least 30mins for a 90min window of time to eat where they kick you out, and no explanation of what to do was provided even though we said this was our first time. When asking about open tables due to our reservation the greeter (started with an S) gave the most condescending look and remarks. We hardly ate anything and could not wait to leave. We will never be back. It was not even crowded (again, there were many empty tables they just made us wait because they didnt have enough help I guess)
