   ML is one the "go yo" restaurants on my relatively short list. Beautiful ambience great servers, from desk too helpful. Our visit there on March 22 was unusually slow. JI would think they had trouble in the kitchen. All in all, one of my Favs.

   We've eaten here many times over the years and it never disappoints. The service was great. The menu offered a wonderful range of choices and everyone got everything they wanted. Everything was prepared beautifully!

   ML is our go to place for anniversary and birthdays. We love the ambience and the upscale quiet dining room and the delicious meals and nice wine selection. Service is always great and we look forward to our night out there each and every time. Our favorite meal is the Chicken Milanese and the scallop potatoes .... and we ALWAYS split a wedge salad with french dressing crunchy bacon and crumbled blue cheese. For dessert we were offered a fantastic flourless chocolate cake. We hope to go to ML Tavern for all of our future special occasions.

   We really enjoyed our first visit to ML Tavern. Our waitress Gia was wonderful and very helpful. My steak was perfectly done. Everything we ordered was excellent. We will definitely be back.

    The food and service at ML Tavern was outstanding, as usual. Our server, Wendy, was fantastic. The manager checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Also nice to see patrons still in the restaurant after 9:30 pm! One of our favorite dinner spots. Great job, ML!

    If you are looking for fine food and a warm friendly atmosphere this is your best bet in the Chagrin Falls area. There are many places nearby where you can spend quite a few bucks on a fine meal, but few that deliver on quality and warmth the way ML can. Make your reservation early so that you can get one of the booths and you will be 100% happy. The Ancient Oak Pinot Noir is a classic, and sold by the glass. The Lobster Oscar is delectable. The butter cake is truly delightful. Many of their staff are top quality servers too.

    Wow. We enjoyed every aspect of this meal, from the fine crafted cocktails to appetizers to entrees to wines. The ahi and guacamole cocktail appetizer was a wonderful combination of spice, creaminess, and crunch. The shrimp cocktail was presented shelled and pre-mixed with a horseradish that offered a gentile, yet distinct bite. Excellent. The lobster and crab cake Oscar was above and beyond - and a substantial serving. The 7 oz. filet mignon was cooked to a warm pink medium perfection. I asked for a peppercorn topping (not on menu) that was heavy on crunchy black peppercorn, which I love (there are other sauces/toppings available - will try the Bernaise next time). The sides we chose were perfectly browned on top creamy, cheesy baked Delmonico potatoes and Brussels sprouts that were tender and flavorful throughout. Prosecco to accompany the lobster/crab worked well. The Duckhorn Merlot (they were out of the Duckhorn cab) was a bit light for the filet, but did work. Our waiter, Stewart, was the epitome of Professionalism, with a fine balance of menu expertise, knowledge of appropriate wine pairing, attentive, yet unobtrusive service, and a genuine desire to help create a perfect dining experience. We live in New Mexico but will be back here the next time we are in Cleveland. Cocktails: espresso martini offered a perfect balance of coffee and vodka, Old Forrester old-fashioned was deep and rich, though a tad sweet. The Manhattan, made with tawny port, was complex and on point.

    Made a reservation for my wife’s birthday, specifically requesting seating in the main dining room. We were sat in the covered patio area, which was extremely disappointing, given that it was a special occasion and there is a vast difference in the environment from what the reservation requested. Food and cocktails were enjoyable, although service was mediocre.

    What a wonderful way to celebrate the night before Lent begins. We were treated such kindness. All the dinners were perfectly done and when there was a request for something that was no longer available Matthew and Grant (?) bent over backward to make adjustments—above and beyond what would be expected.     Food was outstanding. Steak was cooked to perfection and oysters and prawns were wonderful for appetizers. Server came around sparingly and forgot to refill our drinks with the main course. Definitely would come back.

    Very very disappointing… the food was mediocre at best for this high priced restaurant. The staff was also very snotty and I had made a reservation for in advance and requested a quiet booth, and we would not find one for us and it was our anniversary. This is the second time this has happened where we have requested a booth and they give them to other people. To add insult to injury I found a bug in my salad and of course they took it off the bill that they were not very apologetic about it and they should’ve taken care of the entire bill. I would not recommend this restaurant is trendy and a convenient location, but I am beyond disappointed With the service I got it. It almost felt like discrimination but maybe I’m being a little sensitive. It seemed like they were treating your other customers with more respect and our waitress was an old lady that had a smokers cough and was really rude as well.
