My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience here. The service was great. We could actually carry on a conversation. The food was excellent. FYI the sushi for 2 is more like for 3 or 4. I mean we did finish it but mostly it was so good I didn't want to waste it. Good thing with sushi though I don't get the meat hangover. I'm really looking forward to going back.

Went for daughter's 14th birthday, had the spicy edamame, dumplings and crab rangoons for appetizers, I had the Korean Kobe Beef, and they did a fun ice cream sparkler dessert as a surprise for my daughter.

Selection of sushi and sashimi was excellent. I brought a friend from L.A. who is a sushi aficionado. He loved the food and remarked that our bill was half of what it would have been in L.A. My friend asked about things not on the menu and the chefs accommodated. This is a real gem.

Server didn’t have a pen so went off memory. Got our order wrong twice and was brought the wrong food both times. He also had to be reminded 3 times to bring soup. I was told I didn’t have to pay for the sushi that we didn’t order that was brought to us by mistake. Wow thanks. When we finally got our order the food was great.

Very good food. Spring rolls and calamari were excellent as was pad Thai and udon soup with tempura shrimp.

First time there. Very nice, large menu. Plenty of sushi and roll options to choose from. Friendly staff. Will be going back.

Waitress appeared to be new/ inexperienced. Took forever to get appetizers and the food wasn’t very warm by the time we got it. Had to stop another employee to inquire about our order and drink refills. On the understanding side… overwhelmed, inexperienced waitress and a busy Saturday night. Just not impressive for our friends joining us for their first time dining experience there. It’s unfortunate. My husband and I have always had a great experience normally.

Service was not very good but food was excellent. The Hong Kong wonton soup was delicious and we had some specialty rolls. The noise level was very loud but wasn’t as bad after sone diners had left. Overall very good food but service could be improved.

Always get the key lime shrimp. Love that dish. Thought the shrimp were a bit tough this time. Have never thought that previously.

I’ve been here multiple times and have always loved everything. But this last time we went I’m pretty sure they forgot about our reservation because they sat us 4 people at the 10 person booth so it was a little awkward but still completely fine. Then we waited 15min it’s until our waitress finally came over. She then took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and gave my brother the wrong beer. When our food came, my dad was also given the wrong meal, so he had to wait another 15 minutes for his to be re made while he told us to eat so our food wouldn’t get cold. I also work at a restaurant and don’t usually complain and I’ll definitely be back at some point, but this was just a really weird dining experience and wasn’t exactly great.

Nice staff and great food. They need to recover their booth seats. The material has degraded and it looks unsightly. It takes away from the ambiance.

Very busy with a lot of confusion on reservations and online orders being taken care of at same time and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Service at the table was great and server was very apologetic for any delays.

Always excellent food, service and ambiance. One of our favorites places in Excelsior. Wish they would use compostable straws and reusable chopsticks but otherwise perfect!

Our first visit here but we will be back. The ginger dressing on the salad was amazing! I had the tempura shrimp and vegetables, my wife had the vegetables/chicken with brown sauce. Both were delicious.

We were seated quickly but waited a while to be greeted by a waitress. Drinks ans apps came relatively quickly but entrees came at different times. We almost finished ours by the time sushi rolls came for another at our table. Had to actually get up and go ask the waitress where the other entree was. After that we were never approached the remainder of the night to inquire about the food or anything. We all ran out of water and were never asked about ordering another drink or anything. Food was marginal. Eventually had to. get up and ask for take home containers. Then had to put my coat on and walk to the front to ask for our bill. Hour and a half and the waitress came to our table 3 times total. Will never return and I suggest you go elsewhere as well. Horrible...zero tip and should have been comped on at least one meal.

VERY slow service. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Server stated the cooks are purposely not getting his food out. Beer was room temperature. Food was good.
