Made a reservation online. I received a reservation the day prior. When we arrived there was no service, and not one email or phone call was made to notify us of such. Wasted a trip on nothing.

The most pathetic customer service in all of Valle. We had a reservation and unfortunately showed at the same time a different group did. The hostess did not acknowledge our group even after they sat the other group down. I had to go up to the hostess because we were standing there and say that I had a reservation to which they replied “pick any table and sit yourself down.” We waited for 15 minutes before I had to get their attention to see if we were able to order drinks. Since we saw how slow they were we asked if we could put in our order for food already which they replied that the other two tables had to put in their food order before we were allowed to order food. We finished our 1 drink and went to a different place and we got treated with the same royalty treatment we get everywhere else in valle de Guadalupe. I wouldn’t go back to mixtura even if they paid me to go. The only good thing is that they had a better dollar exchange rate than anywhere else, maybe because they were slow in reading the news too and didn’t know that they were accepting 1.5 pesos more per dollar than what it’s actually worth.

Es un lugar tranquilo con ambiente juvenil, con excelente comida y servicio. Únicamente no es muy clara la ruta de ingreso al restaurante, hay que entrar por relieve, y tomar la primera entrada a la izquierda, yendo casi hasta el fondo.

I love it !!! especially those brussels sprouts 💯 been there a few times drinks on point, this visit I was disappointed not sure if they changed bartender😔

The only negative was that both google and Apple Maps directions are wrong, so it’s hard to find especially in the dark. It would be helpful for them to indicate entering through the vineyard.

Food is amazing! The Menu changes but it never disappoints, the view is unbelievable and the drinks are out of this world, this is a must if you are visiting Valle de Guadalupe, fine dining at its best!

El lugar es muy bonito, la comida tiene muy buena calidad, llegamos antes de 2:30 que se supone es su hora feliz, pero no es promo de hora feliz (2x1) si no que es un precio “especial” lo cual la chica que nos atendió nunca nos especificó, por que la orden nos la tomo como 2 para 4 bebidas lo que se entiende es hora feliz, por esa parte nos sentimos engañados
