It was a disappointing experience. The food was passable at best. The main course was good, the dessert was too sweet. The biggest shock was the coffee / tea service. When I go for a fine dining experience, the coffee quality is important. Here, it was the type of service to be found in the economy section of an aircraft - same type kettles with terrible contents. That for me was a deal breaker in terms of whether i would ever go back.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant and have already spoken about it to my friends. The food was absolutely amazing and I had entree, main and dessert. Value for money was superb! Service was prompt and friendly and helpful.

Service was good, But when it came to the food, I had the gnocchi which I felt could have been a lot tastier.

Excellent food the service provided by the young trainees is really good everyone is friendly and attentive would and have recommended the restaurant to many friends have rebooked for another delicious lunch looking forward to the 4 chefs dinner

Once again on our visit to the restaurant, we were greeted at the door and made welcome. The food, service and the whole experience was excellent. Keep up the great work John and your staff and not forgetting the Apprentices. Another very enjoy day at Mitchell's View. Thank you

Our very first lunch at Mitchells , and we rebooked immediately. The menu offers diners a choice of three entrees, three mains, and three desserts the only difficult decision is what to have. The food is amazing and surpassed our expectations. The service was friendly and efficient it was lovely to be greeted with a smile by our waitress. Have joined the mailing list as I do not want to miss out on any events that they may have in the future. excellent value for money.

I (we) love having a meal at Mitchell's as it always ticks the boxes and also supports those training towards a Career in Hospitality.

We had an absolutely lovely dinner, the dishes were all delicious, the presentation was immaculate as was the service, I would recommend the gnocchi it was amazing as was the calamari, we couldn't fault a single thing it was excellent. Credit to all the talented students. Highly recommended we will be returning.
