I had a expectation that it would be a great experience. It’s higher end dining and it definitely didn’t meet the expectations. Our service was slow and we were 1 of 3 parties there. My steak came with the wrong sauce and I was waiting until the server came to check on us to begin eating but by then my steak was getting cold so I ended up eating a cold dry bland steak. I had expressed this to my server and he said he would take care of our dessert after we had said we weren’t getting any. Then didn’t offer anything else to help or fix the situation. It was very expensive and did not meet the expectations I had had.

The food was great but the service was disappointing. It was a small crowd for a dine in night in the restaurant but to get food and drink orders in was a lengthy wait time. We had a party of 6 and on two occasions, the server skipped my husband when it came time to taking food and drink orders. We had an entree come out with appetizers that we had to send back because it was missing the protein that was ordered with it and had to remind him of things several times. I usually never complain but we dine in upscale restaurants often and this was extremely disappointing to the point that we will likely never go back.

We were here for my husband’s birthday. The steak didn’t live up to the expectation I had. The broccolini was overcooked. The birthday cheesecake appeared to be less than the initial cut after we asked for it to go. I had a different overall expectation in mind, that’s all.

Honestly, each time we’ve come to this restaurant it seems to get worse. We came for Father’s Day and my husband ordered the sea bass meal. It was clearly cod being passed as sea bass or the sea bass took a bad turn. The server was great and tried to offer something else but generally the quality of food has just gone down hill. When the best thing they have is the wine it should be concerning.

Ordered NY strip 14 oz.. It came alone on plate, no presentation at all. Steak had no taste. French fries were greasy. You were out of cream corn. My wife Ordered sea bass, what she got wasn't sea bass. Very dissatisfied, first time out alone with wife in 4 months...expected better.

We were a party of 5 all adults over 50. Ordered 3-appetizers to share and they were acceptable but nothing to rave about. Main course really truly not good. My strip steak was chewy. If I did not slice it very thinly the bite would grow in my mouth as I chewed the chewy meat. Yikes! The pricey ribeye my friend ordered had a line of white gristle so thick I could see it from across the large round table. No matter how he tried he could NOT get a bite from the ribeye without it as The Gristle ran throughout the entire ribeye. My brother's steak was over cooked. My sister-in-law's twin tenderloins were edible but had no real flavor and was Luke warm. Finally my 83 year old mother did enjoy her entire salad and petite filet. Since 3-out of 5 steaks were bad--I mean not from a quality meat source or of a prime grade; we just said nothing and took doggie bags for our dogs. Because you cannot fix bad quality beef. The Brussel sprouts were burnt on the outside, hard and room temperature. The mushrooms passed and finally the jalapeño potatoes were good. I mentioned the need to have the Chef to cook the Brussel sprouts properly and they removed them from the bill. Small consultation considering... Our bill for 3-apps, 3-shared sides and 5 steaks with 2-glasses of wine No desserts was just under $600 with the tip for the poor waitress that had to deliver up the subpar quality food. Will never go there ever again. We should have know on Father's Day a steakhouse with only 6 to 7 tables seated at 7:00 in the evening is a "Run-for-your life" kinda place. Save your money friends.

Damon was a wonderful waiter. I wanted to try the silver and gold cocktail, but they were out out the gold flakes. I really felt it wouldn’t be the same without, so I had the smoking dragon. Very good. We had the calamari for starters. It was just the right amount for two. My daughter had the filet and baked potato. Her steak was a little more done than she requested but she said it was still good. I had the sea bass and was looking forward to the bok choy but it was substituted with broccoli. It was my daughters birthday and they complimented her with dessert. She enjoyed the ice cream.

Really disappointed. Ordered the $149 tomahawk it was over cooked and cold. Nowhere close to 34oz. My daughter’s steak was so chewy she couldn’t get through it. It was super dark in the restaurant, too dark. The server hustled but forgot my drink twice and had to be reminded a few times to grab things we already asked for. I tried to politely explain the issues to the manager and he blew them off. Really dissatisfied for a bill approaching $1k for 3 adults and three children.

Visited with my daughter for Mother’s day lunch…everything was wonderful even though they were basically packed! Our res was for 1:15pm and we waited maybe 3 mins before we were seated at our table, which we requested a table vs a booth in our reservation comments. GM walked to every table & gave all mothers a long stemmed rose, in a color of their choice. Nice touch. Cameron's restaurants are top notch.

Food wasn’t great. Stuffed chicken was dry, sauce tastes like mustard, meatballs were too peppery and Mac and cheese was terrible. Steak was good-to a kid. This is a chain restaurant which we didn’t realize but it shows in the quality of food. I guess it’s Ohio level of food.

Cody our server was outstanding! The food was incredible. Cody was very attentive to our dining needs. We had a fantastic dining experience. We met Daniel, the general manager. We look forward to celebrating our dad's 80th Birthday at Mitchell's Steakhouse in June.

Food was excellent but apps came out with the food. Small mistake by the waiter but didn’t matter we still ate everything! Calamari and Lobster bites were absolutely delicious. Steaks were done exactly the way each of us wanted. We were seated near the kitchen so that was a little noisy and distracting. Overall, it was an excellent way to celebrate our son’s graduation from OSU!

It had been a few years since dining at Mitchell’s. The steaks were high quality and served hot. There is a wide choice of complements for the steaks as well. Our server and other table staff was always one step ahead with anything we needed making for an enjoyable experience. Recommend and will definitely visit again soon!

We were disappointed in our steaks. they seemed tough. We had it cooked med rare and to me, it should have been tender and easy to cut. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. It just seemed a little off this time.

This was our first Mitchell’s dining experience in many years and it didn’t feel like the same highest quality dining experience. The shelving around the room was dusty and although we arrived early in the evening the service was slower than usual especially since there were no other customers

Normally a huge fan of Mitchells. Usually enjoy the atmosphere, the service and the food. This trip struggled to meet expectations: Bar drinks were very slow - a couple of drinks were wrong and not of the normal quality. Wine service struggled - over pours and lack of presentation. Overall service was slow.

Family day lunch. The food was excellent. Server didn’t give drinks we ordered until nearly the end of our meal. We were the 1st customer so there really no excuse. However , was very knowledgeable about being a laudry member and that kids made up for it.

The food was good as always. Joey, our server was one of the best we have ever had at any restaurant. The chocolate cake was absolutely divine. The only comment I can think of is that the creamed spinach could have had a little more seasoning.

This is a restaurant still living off the previous famous owner’s name to draw a crowd. The prime ribeye was tough and gristly which made it hard to chew. The fact that the steak had no flavor was also disappointing. I would question some of their sanitary practices as well, as they had a person actively eating and chewing while putting plates and silverware on the table. Our waiter Dwayne was great. The rest of the experience was not.

I would not recommend. Service was not great - drinks were not good nor was the food. It was “fine”. But I’d prefer less expensive restaurants for “fine” food. One side came out so late 2 people were already done eating. For this price point I expect great service and really good food. We had neither.
