Easy social distancing as we ate early at 5pm. Excellent server and food. I would have liked some Happy Hour discounts on drinks even though we were not eating at the bar.
I've always lived the ambiance. Great place to celebrate my birthday with a complimentary piece of cake.

First and last time going here, unfortunately. Really cool location and inside, but food was way overpriced for what you got. Steaks seemed smaller than 7 ounce, were not cooked properly, seemed like poor quality, and had hardly any crab for Oscar style. Brussels sprouts were incredibly hard, couldn't even finish them. Fries were overcooked and very salty. Server was nice but not super attentive.

I never write reviews, but this experience really upset me for such an expensive dinner. Maybe they are experiencing some troubles coming back from COVID, but I was really upset to have dropped $250 on that meal. It maybe would have been worth $100.

A welcome update to our experience! About 6 months ago we dropped MS as a regular pre-theater destination. Thigs just weren't up to par after two evening experiences. This week however, the old attentive service, great cocktails and expertly turned out meals were back -- and so are we! Happy to say we had a great time and dinner.

This is the second time in a row where they don't know how to cook a steak right. After the first time we decided to give them one more chance and they failed miserably. My wife had to send her step back twice. First time well overcooked, second time well undercooked. And while that was happening my steak was getting cold. For a steakhouse and the prices they charge you would think they would know how to properly cook a steak.

I wish I had good things to say about our experience, but beyond very friendly staff and a beautiful decor inside the restaurant, our experience was a disaster. Our two main food choices - chilled crab legs and miso-style sea bass - were served frozen and burnt respectively. The crab legs appeared to have been pulled directly from the ice pack shipment with no time to settle at the right temperature and unfortunately were inedible. The sea bass was so overcooked it was crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle, with burnt "asian style" vegetables underneath (the vegetables were standard garden-variety).

On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, so much so that drink orders were running about 10-15 min to be served and water glasses remained empty throughout.

We have had positive experiences in years past at this restaurant, but based on this experience will not be returning in the future.

The service was some of the worst I have ever received (and I once had a server who was fired during his shift).
The pacing of the meal was so terrible that I did not get to enjoy the experience or food.
I have worked in service all my life so I am very aware of what the standards should be, let me tell you this experience fell very short.
At one point after trying to 1) make eye contact and 2)vocally saying excuse me I actually tried to 3)wave my hands frantically in the air. Not only did my server never respond to me. Neither did anyone else in the establishment. I can't image that a woman waving her hands in the air is such a normal experience that no one notices it. But then again based on the lack of care an attention we experience maybe that is the norm.
At no point during our meal, or as we were leaving did anyone ask us how are experience was.
I cannot stress enough. Please do not waste your money. This might have been a good experience at one time, but those days have long since past.

It was busy, so with that I understood how slow everything was. It took at least 45 minutes for our main entrees to arrive. My steak was cold, which did not help the experience..

I have to say our group was very dissapointed at the service, starting from the host, to the bartenders. Our reservation was for 9:30 and we were seated at 11:00pm. The host advised we had to wait at the bar until we get called to sit because another group was seated at the table. Our table was ready and cleaned by 10:15 and we were still waiting. We approached the host three times to ask about the status of the table and kept on telling us the table was not ready when we noticed it was cleaned. When we went to the bar we were ignored multiple times from the bartenders. We attempted to order drinks and they kept on ignoring us or they would look at us and say we needed to wait. However, other customers kept on coming up to the bar and got drinks first than us when had already been there for quite some time. We felt really discriminated by the service provided because we were hispanic other customers from a different race were served ahead of us. When were finally seated the server mikael was very attentive and eased the situation for us but it was a very unpleasant experience for our whole group. The food also took 1 hr and 30 minutes to be served, our server had to push for our food to come out sooner and it was still delayed. For a group so large we should’ve never been treated this way, We have been to multiple locations and never felt the way we did that night. Worst Valentines dinner ever!!!!!

We scheduled a late dinner at 9pm and we ordered our food by 9:10 and didn’t get our dinner until around 10:50. The waitress did warn us the kitchen was behind and kind of just laughed about it. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and the server barely checked on us and no one acknowledged that we waited over an hour and a half to eat. By the time the food came we were ready for bed and couldn’t enjoy our meal that we spent $250 on. Prior to even being sat we went to the bar to get a drink while we waited and it took almost 10 minutes for a bartender to even acknowledge us. While we understand it’s a busy day to go out to eat we did choose a nice restaurant and spent a fair amount of money but we were treated as though we went to an Applebee’s. Overall I would not recommend based on our experience.

The first steak was well overcooked, the second one I received tasted bland and was not the best quality and was under cooked just a bit, hard to cut through and chewy, I tried to eat it but after two bites decided it wasn't worth it. The side dish of potatoes I received were cold and all stuck together. The salad was good and my drink was a okay. I would definitely not have gone had I known the food quality would be like this especially for the price you have to pay not to mention the wait to get my steak which was over an hour and twenty minutes from the time we ordered. Mentioning the wait time to the staff did nothing either. I was not pleased.

we went for Valentine's Day. Our food arrived at our table cold and had clearly been sitting there for a while before coming to our table. It was ridiculously expensive, which is fine, but I expect better service. The steak was excellent, but barely any crab meat on my Filet Oscar and barely any sauce on it. The plating was pretty pathetic too. Never again.

I really had high hopes but was disappointed. The food wasn’t amazing and the server was less than par. It was reservation only that night and our server did not seem overwhelmed but we had to ask for bread and it took 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. She dropped off our check before the dessert even got to the table. The creme brûlée was not caramelized on top so was literally cold custard. I had heard great things about the restaurant and was excited to try it but was sadly disappointed

We’ve never written a poor review on a Cameron Mitchell restaurant so it pains me to do this - what a bad experience we had last night. It took 20 minutes to even see our server, we ordered wine (which turned out to be the highlight of the night) - the tables around us arrived after us and were served long before us. Once we ordered it took about 20 minutes to get salad....then 1 hour later we were served our entree. The people next to us who ordered earlier were still waiting when we left. The steaks were room temperature and my husband’s medium well was quite rare. What’s up Cameron??? Not more Mitchell’s for us...

To spend $300 for a meal for two. including a bottle of wine and parking, I expected more...Steaks were great, sides and dessert were OK, didn’t make me crave coming back....it was worth $150 not $300

Valentine’s Day dinner and it was very good. The only criticism I have is that the creme brule was not hard on top. Think it was made ahead of time as it wasn’t warm on top. Also we ordered the warm spinach salad that was supposed to be made table side and wasn’t! It was good but that was a bit disappointing. I will say that it was nice not to be rushed. I thought for sure since it was Valentine’s Day they would be trying to get us out of that restaurant quickly, but no, which was very nice

The food was very mediocre, we ordered the seafood tower and food was frozen. The Caesar salad had no flavor, but the filet was cooked as ordered (med rare) and my martini was good. Would I recommend to a friend no , there are so many good places to eat this place is tired and parking is a pain.

I was dissatisfied with where I was sitting the kitchen noise was loud and distracting and there was a very cold draft I had to keep my coat on. The flavor of my food was great but my steak dish came out lukewarm. That was also disappointing. My wait staff was very kind and accommodating it just made it difficult to enjoy with the noise and draft and also my food not coming out hot after waiting quite a bit. Due to the price and the experience I wanted for the price, I probably won’t go back because of this.

Thank you Hannah! Our experience was definitely elevated by our wonderful waitress. Romantic night out for my wife and me without the kids. Great experience from the moment we stepped inside.....almost forgot to mention the perfectly cooked steaks.
