I want to thank the front and back of the house for the stellar lunch I had today. Not only was the service staff attentive and friendly but she went above and beyond in every way, thinking of what I needed before I knew I did. The food was excellent and well presented. This is not your typical steakhouse where it’s only about the protein. The food was beautiful plated and felt like a composed dish. The chef also made a point to touch my table to make sure everything was to my liking. In addition to this lovely experience, I really appreciate the small things. I had asked if the bread was new, and actually it was a sourdough from a new bakery, served with a beautifully whipped butter topped with finishing salt. It makes you want more, even though you know you shouldn’t. I would highly suggest this restaurant for your business travel, date night, or just treating yourself. Thank you to all who made my afternoon special!

Food was good , we informed our waiter that the broccolini was too spicy to eat, we hadn’t touched it and he said “ ya it’s got a kick to it” and that was all, didn’t ask even if we’d like to order something else. Other than that it was good.

We've eaten at Mitchell's at least six times. Always a good experience in the past. This visit was a little different. They are now pushing a membership/rewards program. Our dining experience ended with what felt like a timeshare sales pitch because they 'hold' $25 that can later be applied to a future check. Really off-putting way to end an expensive dinner.

First off (our fault) we assumed it was still in the Cameron Mitchell family and had gift cards that couldn’t be used. Second, our medium rare filets were medium well, salty, and tough. I should have sent them back, but that’s usually not how I do things. Wine list was good. Bread was great. Mashed potatoes were lovely. Tuna tartare was fabulous. A solid 3/5.

I have eaten here a lot over the years, my Boss was in town and ordered a Ribeye stack. It had a very bad smell to the stack and lost his appetite. Needless to say he was not happy.

Celebrating 31 wedding anniversary and asked if they had desserts for celebration and was rudely told no. Asked if someone could take photo and acted as if we were inconvenience. Food was average.

We have been here many times before. This was the first time we were extremely disappointed in the service ,the taste of the tomahawk steak, the cold plates, the late delivery of barely warm baked potato, the server who never apologized for any of the problems and several other issues. Sad to see a restaurant we have loved go so far down. The dinner was supposed to be special & wonderful — it was just the opposite! The manager did acknowledge the problems & comped us desserts, ( which were delicious), but that didn’t cover up the overall disappointment.

The steak and mashed potatoes were cooked to perfection. I got the Eye of the ribeye medium rare and date got the Prime New York Strip medium well with the peppercorn sauce. Very flavorful. The mousse dessert was fantastic and shareable for 2.

The establishment is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Service was speedy. The food was expertly prepared, presented in an appealing way and tasted delicious. I highly recommend dining here.

Unfortunately, this once great Steakhouse is not what it used to be. I hosted two business meals there this week and mother were up to par. The first was dinner. Service was very slow, I believe it was a staffing issue. Several steaks were over cooked.

The manager was very nonchalant. She didn’t try to accommodate or fix any issues that came from the kitchen. I have been so many steakhouses and this one is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be back, and I’ll take my dollar where it’s actually valued.

Honestly, we had a really lackluster experience. We’re used to Mitchell’s being wonderful in every regard, and in this case: The server wasn’t rude, but it was clear she was not happy to be there. Food was just okay even though the prices were above average. We were just not impressed, and we have always been impressed with Mitchell’s.

Disappointed for the price. Filet was lacking season and flavor. Baked potato was not fresh and appeared to have been sitting for a while. Service was average…didn’t pour wine refills, came to take food order without asking for drink orders. Just little things you would expect for a nice restaurant were lacking. This was our Mother’s Day dinner with my daughter before a show and just wasn’t “special” like we hoped.

We had a birthday dinner on May 9th. The cocktails were perfect. Beef carpaccio for appetizer was generous and delicious. Roasted lamb was done to perfection. Dessert carrot cake was enormous. Service impeccable.

I came in about 845 after making a reservation on the app. One the way there (literally 30 seconds after making the reservation) I received a call asking if I was coming in which I replied I’m pulling up now. Once I walked in I didn’t receive a warm greeting and I felt really rushed during the entire experience. Now I get it was late but if they didn’t want us to come and was going to have us feel rushed and slighted- I would have liked to have not. Especially considering the fact I spent about $300 for a meal.
