    The server did an excellent job, but it took a LONG time for the food to get served. The food was generally good, although the broccolini was so tough as to be inedible, and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm. I've eaten at this location before, and never had a problem, so I expect that this was a one time thing.

    Extremely disappointing. Restaurant was out of the fish I ordered so I accepted a substitute. My partner’s entree came but mine didn’t. Waiter tried three times to get my order but was unsuccessful. Since my partner was finished, I had to cancel my order. The experience ruined my evening,

    I loved our waitress, Robin. Even with all the noise in the crowds on Father’s Day, she was cherry and kind. The service was good and so was the food. It was a little noisy, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday.

    Service was terrible, Or place settings where just thrown on the table in front of us. It was the same for every course. All settings were just thrown on the table, The food was not only cold, but one was ice cold and had to be remade. Quality of food has really gone down, The lobster was way over cooked. For a special event like fathers day, we understand its a busy time, but the preparation was very sloppy. Its a bummer to see Mitchells take such a turn. We will be looking for a new seafood place for our future special occasions.

    Mitchell's is consistent u know what you are getting. I noticed the seafood Americana was served on a plate vs a bowl. Please put it back in the bowl.
