We came for Thanksgiving, and they were out of turkey and apple pie by 6:00. Other than that, the food we ordered was excellent!
RSVP 2:30. We all got the Thanksgiving special. They ran out of cranberry relish. The apple pie was sold out. My husband and I did not like their pumpkin pie. The taste of the meal was very good. Dessert came with the special but we were charged $5.00 for each piece of pie. We will be contacting them for a refund.
We had a party of 6 for Thanksgiving dinner. We all ordered off the menu and everyone selected different options. Ore praises to the waitstaff and kitchen, everything was remarkable in taste and quality. Thank you for making our Holiday a memorable event.
Wonderful food, service and atmosphere as usual. Can’t wait to return.
First off, our waiter Jabril (Jake) was superb, attentive but not intrusive, and well versed on the menu. Our party ordered several dishes from the menu, plus appetizer and desserts and enjoyed everything. Even the person who doesn't like fish found something she enjoyed. We had a very relaxing lunch. I was happy that there weren't any TV's or overly loud music. There was music, but you could carry on a conversation without it competing. Great place.
Excellent service and high quality food. A little pricey but very good food.
Quality at a expected price . Normal service and friendly
Service was good and food was mediocre at best. Not worth it.
We met my cousin here for lunch.
Each of our meals was delicious and our server, Jordan, was great.
Seating is tight and the place needs a refresh. Our waiter was solid as was our food.
Enjoyed the food and service.
Good service. Good food.
Have always liked going here, the fish is prepared very well. Haven't been since before March 2020. We were glad to see that their pricing has increased much at all, but realized when they brought our food that instead of increasing the prices they decreased the portion sizes. $40.00 for a piece of Chilean Sea Bass that was smaller than a petite filet mignon cut seems a little steep. The seafood Americano is the way to go to get the most value for the price. Probably won't be back for a little while.
$80 bottle if chardonnay delivered room temperature. Wrong dinner served. Replacement never arrived. Entire ordeal lasted almost 2 hours. Server was completely lost…as in we never saw him.
Quick service , great food ! Friendly staff. A pleasure to visit this restaurant.
Too noisy, tables too close together and right near kitchen. My 92 yr old mother in law couldn’t hear us talk over the loud voices at the adjacent table.
Excellent whitefish and house salad. Dressing was great. Our waitress was delightful and very attentive.
Everything was very good and enjoyable. Reasonably priced. Good service. Would go there again.
Our waiter, Justin (I think) did an awesome job and made up for short staff conditions.
Very attentive waitress, excellent food, quiet ambiance
Great food, great service keeps me , my family and friends coming back.
We went to Mitchell’s to celebrate my birthday and when we made the reservation on line made sure they knew. We ordered off the happy hour menu and told we need to move to the bar for them to honor their prices. The food was fine but not as flavorful as other seafood places. Took forever to get a drink (even though moved to the bar) and never acknowledged birthday. We will try other places in the area. Disappointed
Fish was dry and overcooked. Vegetables were tasteless. Mashed potatoes were good.
One problem was this: I ordered a dish that included tuna fish. When it was delivered, I found out the tuna was raw. As I do not eat fish or meat raw, I had to take the tuna home and cook it first.
My suggestion is this: on the menu, indicate that the tuna fish can be either raw or cooked, and let the customer make the choice.
Great experience, competent and polite staff at all levels. Very nice meal.
The noodle bowl with grilled shrimp was fantastic!
Wonderful dining experience as usual. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Will return again!
The service was fine, but my meal was awful. I asked for blackene
I have tried to be supportive of service based businesses since this has been such a difficult time to hire employees and to get them trained properly. This would have been the case if there would have been anyone who noticed that we had empty plates at our table, our salads arrived with our entrees, our empty water glasses never were refilled, etc.
We were able to sit outside in the sunshine, fresh air to enjoy our lunch. Eli was our waiter; he was very good--genuinely interested in giving us good service, kept us informed as to the timing of bringing out our drinks, thanked us for being very kind to him.
Last day of month and covid garbage, maybe, but no crablegs at 7 pm. Lobster tails were tasty. Great wine selection and hot sourdough bread.
Food was very good and our service was outstanding.
Other than order being screwed up (was absolutely no problem), experience was fantastic as always.
We love Mitchell’s it’s our special place for special occasions
Everything was fresh. The portions are not very big. Expensive but that was expected since it is an upscale seafood place. The service was not as polished as I thought it would be from what the place looks like. The table was wably, so when leaving, I used the edge of the table to support myself, and it tipped, spilling all the water from the glass all over my daughter. That was a bummer. But the food was good. The fish is definitely fresh. If you get coctail shrimp appetizer, be aware that it is just 5 pieces of shrimp :)
Overall good food.
Outstanding fish cuisine! Service by "J" was the best! Our dining experience was exceptional.
All of our fish orders were cooked to perfection. My daughter ordered lemonade it tasted funny so she ordered a sprite and that tasted funny too. Other than that great time.
Scallops were not very flavorful at all for being blackened. Not impressed
