The food and Service were excellent!

Appetizer was cold. Food just wasn’t up to what you typically get at Mitchell’s.

We have been to Mitchell’s several times before and just seemed to have an off night tonight. We sat in the lounge and it was fairly crowded, the people in the booth next to us were extremely loud and the server encouraged them. A large party was waiting for their table in the lounge and were in the way of the wait staff, so every time someone came through to deliver meals/food we had an extra person basically falling into our table. I ordered a clam chowder with my meal and it never came out, I had to remind our server that I had ordered it when he brought out our meals. When we were getting ready to leave, I looked at my glass (that I had been drinking out of all night) and saw it had a crack in it. When I told the bartender and she seemed irritated that I was telling her about it. Again, we have been there several times before, today just seemed like a really off night.

Menu prices are ridiculously high.

We’ve been to Mitchell’s many times and it’s usually solid-when me list and quality. This time our food wasn’t good but the manager was quick to fix the issue and apologized. We will be back.

Easter Dinner with family.

I go there with my family regularly food and service are always great.

I didn't like the item I ordered. Not the chef's fault.... Completely my own fault. I had never tried it, and I just didn't like it. Not a problem for me. I just wasn't going to eat it. I had already eaten a delicious salad, and the sticky rice was wonderful, but the Chef got word that I didn't like what I ordered, and he came to our table to speak to me, personally. He insisted on preparing me something that I would enjoy and he did just that! My husband & I were both shocked when the bill came, and we weren't charged for my meal! I felt so bad, and I asked our server why on earth, when I DID eat and they took such excellent care to see that I was happy? We were just blown away, and we can't thank you enough for such a pleasant experience! Thank you! We're looking forward to coming back! ❤️

This was our second visit and the food was, again, very delicious. Service was great.

We had a very nice dinner with very good service. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Have eaten there twice and the Seafood was very, very good. Lobster Bisque was great as well as the charbroiled oysters. Seafood Salad with Lobster was great as well as everything else we tried.

Mithchell's is excellent for date night. Really quiet compared to many other places we go on Friday night dates.

Would be good if the bench seats for the booths could be firmer - really sink down in these seats, but we enjoy sitting in the bar at the windows.

Went for lunch. was an expensive lunch and food was ok but not fantastic. Might be better for dinner?
Service was very good and they gave me a piece of cheesecake for my birthday.

I have been to Mitchell's many times and it does not disappoint. Delicious seafood and lovely ambience. I have been there with groups or with just one other person. The service is always good. I will be back!

The food was delicious & service was great!

Went with a group of girls for dinner. Had to add one to the reservation and they had no problem accommodating us. Enjoyed appetizers of calamari and spinach dip. Entrees were perfect. And we also enjoyed shark fin pie minis. Great evening and great service.

While decent. If I spend $130 + for dinner (2 drinks each, dinner) I want to feel like it was worth the spend after the fact. Neither my wife or I had that feeling.

Food was excellent and our server made our meal friendly and enjoyable. Food was served HOT and fresh. I would definitely return for a Business Lunch or Special Occasion.

Birthday. Not acknowledged. Bench seats in bar are so warm out, you sink in when sitting down. It's getting dated.

It was our anniversary. They had printed the menu with Happy Anniversary on them. Our food and waitress were both excellent!

Valentine’s Day

We have been to Mitchell’s numerous times before and will definitely return in the future. Our meals were good, but I was disappointed in the shrimp and crab pasta dish...many shrimp but the crab was nonexistent. I will not order that dish again!

Good service, great food. Light on the vegetable portion. The booths need updated. I'm 6' tall and felt like the table was hitting my chin. The cushion was non existent. The dinning room also could have used a light dinner. It was very bright in the dining room.

The usual great food and service that is consistent each time I dine there.

Unfortunately I had hair in my food and did not receive anything but an apology. That was a disservice at that point.

Great service and food was delicious.

Fantastic as always. I tried something new this time, “the perfect pair”, it was essentially the turducken of seafood, everything stuffed in everything, stuffed in everything. It took a lot of self control to not lick my plate. I highly recommend this place.

They went above and beyond to help with our reservations

Too many potatoes on plate with Atlantic Cod. . Sea scallops were great but risotto accompaniment was too sweet. Tastiness just not as great as previous visits.
