service was exceeding slow. Put a damper on dinner.
Mita's is best with a dinner party of four or more people. The tapas/small plates style and wide variety of choices works better for this size group. Great food and great service.
As always, the food was delicious. Many selections to chose from and every one of them tastes delicious. Atrtractive decor and always lots of customers enjoying themselves. It is little loud but overall great place to dine and reasonably priced. Highy recommend it.
We expect to pay high prices for exceptional food, but the food was not exceptional, other than the ceviche. The margaritas were very good but come in a low ball glass with an extra large square ice cube that takes up most of the glass.
The pork belly and Kobe beef tacos were both so fatty I took one bite and that was it.
Went with my husband for my birthday. First experience and won’t be my last. Excellent service, food and ambiance. Loved it!
Great food, great service! We will be back soon!
Mita’s was fantastic per usual. This is one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati.
Service, food - everything was perfect! Can’t wait to go back :)
Exceeded our expectations!!! The food was exceptional. Mita’s is on top of our list!! We have found a new favorite restaurant. Thank you Max for your expertise!!
Overall good service and delicious food. The pickled vegetables were particulary tasty. I would not recommend the beef tacos and if you have a lava cake, the center should be molten- ours was more like a gooey brownie.
Because it was Valentine’s Day, we couldn’t get a reservation until 10:45PM. We still managed to be late (10:54-ish) and the hostess told us the kitchen closes at 11PM. It was our first time so we were scrambling to check out the menu but our server was really nice, calmed us down and told us not to worry too much. She answered all of our many questions and really helped us make a decision (we can be pretty indecisive).
Food came in less than 10 minutes and was absolutely amazing! Loved the small plates/tapas. We each got 3 dishes that we each loved. Definitely recommend!
One of the best restaurants in the city of Cincinnati. Takes the experience of having Spanish/Latin American style tapas to the next level. On par with bigger city restaurants. Very good food and service. Yes a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Would love to go again!!!
The service was decent but I did not really enjoy the paella.
Enjoyed the empanadas, tacos, ceviche and brussel sprouts. Was disappointed with the paella, especially since Mita's is one of the few places that offers it. Fortunately, the menu is filled with other delectable options.
Mita's was great. I loved the Batatas Bravas - fantastic flavor. Also, the pork bellies were mouth watering. Enjoyed a nice Spanish wine and the service was good. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Wonderful food and service!
Perfect service and the food was amazing. Flavorful cuisine, exceptionally made and perfect portions. I love the sharing idea!
Great food and really good service! No complaints!
Great food - Great company! Fun to share entree’s.
Birthday dinner could not have been better. Great service and even better cuisine! Highly recommend...
My best dining experience in Cincinnati since I moved here 7 years ago!
Had the most amazing experience at the bar. Calvin the bartender, was so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the best recommendations for food and wine pairings. It was our first experience and def not our last. Can’t wait to go back!
The food is always delicious. We always enjoy Mita’s. The paella and yakisoba was outstanding.
Our waiter was cheerful and made great suggestions for our group of 5. We wanted to share a taste of each item ordered and he made sure there were 5 pieces of each yummy item.
Service was excellent with great tapas recommendations for our group based on dishes we chose. Food was delicious!! And came out hot and a timely manner.
Service was good
Food was ok. For the price, food was not that exceptional
Wow! First of all, this place is beautiful! Soaring ceilings, large windows, gorgeous decor, with perfectly lit cozy seating. Our waitress was friendly and knew the menu very well, which is so helpful when there are so many great options. Everything we ordered was wonderful! Highly recommend the Tostones y Guacamole - twice fried plantains with crushed avocado dip, Pimientos de Shishito - blistered peppers with sea salt, and the Empanadas de Res Con Pique (so yummy!) Also, their house margarita is delicious! We’ll definitely be back.
The food was amazing and the staff treating us with such good care. Would definitely go back to enjoy another wonderful meal.
Outstanding service, the food was great and enjoyed the nice Latin music in the background. Will definitely come back.
Mita's is always great. It reminds me of outstanding Spanish-themed restaurants in larger cities, and creates a wonderful atmosphere for dining. I'm a fan of the wine list, with some great Spanish wines especially.
Excellent and consistent in every aspect
The best dinning experience I’ve had since moving to Cincinnati!!! The food and drinks were outstanding! If you live here you must go here, and if you haven’t you are missing out on quite the adventure! Go here tonight!
Can't say enough good things about our experience. Food was superb, staff was on it, and the space is beautiful. It is on our list of favorite restaurants in the city!
Great choices for Tapas plates. Beverages (Martinis and wine) were perfect. We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary.
We went to Spain last summer and finally got the chance to try Mita's out. No disappointments here! We loved it! It made us want to return to Spain immediately. I was expecting small-sized tapas, like we had in Spain, but they were bigger than we thought. We will definitely return!
Delightful experience, ambience food, service all was excellent. Definitely going back.
Took care of me exceptionally well for my anniversary. Wonderful guest service and good food. Will go again!
The tapas and drinks are absolutely amazing. The feel is very slow paced (you’re served as you would when eating tapas). Very nice ambiance. Great prices, too- especially for how authentic the food is.
This is one of the best restaurant's for Tapas in Cincinnati. Our waiter suggested 3 dishes for us and he was spot on with his selections: Pulpo (Octopus), Tacos (Beef) and Guacamole with fried plantains. The preparations were amazing, with rich deep flavors. We ordered 6 plates total and left satiated, but not overly stuffed. I will definitely be returning to Mitas.
