Mission Taco blends classic elements of rich authentic Mexican fare mixed with modern culinary techniques and local flavors. Our menu is authentically inauthentic and we consider ourselves not a Mexican Restaurant but a TACO JOINT.
Our food is the first part of the puzzle but an equal piece is our cocktail program. Every week our team introduces new spirits and drinks to our forever growing collection. Each cocktail that’s selected has been perfected by some of the best mixologist in the Long Island and New York region.
Mission Taco introduces a fun, trendy and relaxed environment that is perfect for a quick bite with the family or a fun filled night of cocktails and eats. We have worked with some of the top DJ’s on Long Island to curate a playlist filled with Golden Age Hip-Hop beats and more.

Delish food and even better margaritas!! Our bartender Michelle was fantastic at suggesting great drinks!!
Music was so loud we could not have a conversation. I’ve eaten there a few times before without this problem. Probably won’t go back.
Great food, service , and atmosphere for reasonable prices.
Food and drinks were tasty by noise level was unbearable
Always a great dining experience. Staff, food and drinks are always amazing!
food was delicious! Drinks excellent but definitely pricey for the size of them. Our server was fantastic!
The al pastor and carne asado tacos were delicious. I also had a margarita. The sea salt foam was interesting and good.
The hostess was so rude and nasty. A turn off from the moment we walked in. We asked to be seated outside and cut us off right away. She walked us to the table inside. She walked fast ahead of us, couldn't even catch up.
The music was way to loud inside. We could hardly hear each other. This was an early dinner at 6pm and it was way to loud to communicate w people. Lower the music. Make it loud after 8pm!!! BESITO IS 100% BETTER. GO THERE
Small plates were good but had a shrimp taco which was just ok.
Wanted outdoor table and then they said it wasn’t available.
Bait and switch.
Then you go inside the restaurant/club to have an impossible conversation. Tooooooooo louuuuuuud.
Great place and service. Thanks Ryan! . Tasty tacos. Just cut back a little on the onions
Mission Taco has a great, energetic vibe. The tacos and enchiladas were tasty and pretty substantial. Would and will return.
Lively, good food & cocktails
Food was too expensive for what we got and underwhelming. I was having expectation portion wise. Example, I ordered the albondigas meatballs as a starter but it was only three small balls for 13 dollars. I was expecting more than that and the flavor was not on point. Might not come back
Our waitress was great. The Tacos were great. Location was great. Guacamole.....not so great.
We had a great time we are telling all our friends can’t wait to come again thank you
Too loud for conversation. Delicious food, great vegetarian options!
All 6 tacos we had were great. Very large. Guacamole delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Great vibe on a Saturday.
We wanted a place that was not too expensive and served good food. Mission Taco met both criteria. The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere that fit nicely with it’s clientele. The music created a festive atmosphere, but didn’t over power table conversation.
Mission Taco never disappoints, from the food, drinks, to
the service, ambiance, great energy and vibes it brings from start finish. I highly recommend that you are in the Huntington Village area and are craving tacos or drink, that you make your way to Mission Taco.
Mission taco is what the name says, tacos and mostly only tacos! We did have nachos which were delicious, but limited menu. Tacos were good and big!
I can never run out of good things to say about Mission Taco. It's always quite the experience. The food is amazing and since the brunch menu has been added, I basically have no reason to go anywhere else for brunch. I invited a friend here and she was more than satisfied with her first time experience. The drinks are always great, the service is always great! The ambiance is always great! And I am entirely in love with the vines in the front end of the restaurant.
The food and cocktails are always delicious here!
Great spot in town. Craft cocktails can be a bit too sweet but the menu is great and the staff are very friendly.
Great food and drinks. Lollipop wings amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
Food was good drinks were good but overpriced. Service was very good . Mexican corn was great
Second time back here since a lot of rules were lifted due to the pandemic. The music was so loud the waiter couldn’t hear us and got some of our order wrong. Food was good but better the last time I was there. Also my mango margarita was garnished with the hottest pepper on planet earth and I’m not sure why.
Plates at reserved table had crumbs on them. Music was very very loud & more appropriate for a rage. Plantains tasted like old deep fried oil, not plantains. Tacos were ok, but not sure which of the 4 different tacos caused myself & one of my guests stomach issues for the next 8 hours. The guacamole was very good. Mescal & tequila cocktails were good as well.
Great service & awesome food
Food was good but music was way too loud and not a pleasant genre of music. Had to scream in order to have a conversation. Would not go back on a Saturday night.
Tacos were good, but a bit spicy. They had some great happy hour deals. Would definitely go back!
The service was very efficient. The margarita was so salty and served in an extremely small glass. Definitely not worth $14. I had steak taco and fish taco. Steak was chewy. Fish was good. Guacamole was very salty. Last time food was better. Not sure if I would go back.
Bland food overall, but nice atmosphere at least
Had a awesome time!! Food is fantastic and atmosphere is amazing!! Highly recommend
Great place but they should play music with a Latino flair to it.
Waiter was awesome especially with my gluten allergy. Food wasn’t that great though, had no flavor. Also requested to sit in a standard table, not sure why it asks if they will put you at a high top anyways.
Great tacos and the spicy margarita is the best!!
The service was great. Food was very good. Music was way too loud, but going back.
My kids brought me here
for Mother's day & it was so delicious & service was amazing, thanks Kyle.
