Skylark Negril Beach Resort is excited to open its new pop-up restaurant from Chef Andre Fowles. Chef Fowles, winner of the Jamaica Observer Food Awards coveted "Chef of the Year" 2016 and a two time Food Network “Chopped” champion, has for the past three years led the culinary team at Miss Lily’s Caribbean restaurant in NYC.
Andre is now in residence at Skylark which is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We invite you to enjoy our beachside bar and outdoor jerk smoke house and grill. After sunset, enjoy a bit of “skylarking” with bites and tropical libations featuring nightly DJs spinning the latest in reggae and dancehall.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Miss Lily’s in Negril for a birthday celebration with a group of 11, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. The ambiance was vibrant, the energy was warm and welcoming, and the service; especially from our amazing server Genoy, was top-tier. He was attentive, anticipating our needs and making sure every single guest felt taken care of. The food...Outstanding. We started with a pepper pot soup that was rich, flavorful, and a delightful surprise—something you don’t often receive complimentary at a restaurant, and it set the tone for the rest of the evening. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Highlights from our table included the jerk corn, which was smoky, spicy, and addictive; the salmon, cooked to perfection with a tender, flaky texture; and the oxtails, which were melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of bold, comforting flavors. Every single person in our group raved about their meal, and not a single dish disappointed. Despite our large party, the team at Miss Lily’s accommodated us with grace and efficiency. The timing was spot on, the service was seamless, and the overall experience made this birthday celebration one to remember. If you’re in Negril and looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, Miss Lily’s is a must. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, it’s a 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a great time at Miss Lily’s at Skylark. The food is excellent and the service is superb. Would like to make mention of Presy, as he served us excellently. Can’t wait to come back!

our 4th visit in 3 years. wasn’t the best. service was a bit slow, but then rushed in delivering food. don’t blame them bc they had a 20 top which came about 1/2 hour after we were seated. got the salad, fried chicken & ribs. all ok, but not what we remember … maybe an off night & I’d recommend all the time, but was kinda disappointing

Ii isn’t a trip to the beach without a meal at Miss Lily’s. A sister property to the Rockhouse on the cliffs, both deliver consistently delicious food coupled with outstanding friendly service and a beautiful setting. Their fish sandwich is the best on island, their coconut rum cake is the best I’ve had anywhere.
